We went to Big Sid's Auto Sales after being turned down at another dealer. Upon arrival we were properly greeted with a knowledgeable salesman, Dustin. He helped us look at what we were interested in and furthermore took our trade in that we still owed money on. This process was quick and easy thanks to Dustin's experience. If every auto sales company was like Big Sids, then no one would ever consider buying a car to be a hassle.
I live in Salt Lake City and called Big Sids about a car they had that I was interested in. They were incredibly friendly, gave me the carfax on the vehicle, were very honest about everything, and seemed to really care. I told them I would fly up to Boise to see the vehicle and they volunteered to pick me up from the airport without me even asking.
Upon arrival I noticed they were actively working on the vehicle. This immediately had me worried until they explained that they were putting

Ross, Dustin, and Ray, have become my family as I feel that they are absolutely the most transparent car dealership that I've ever had done business with.
