David saved us! We realized late on a Friday night that our fridge was warm and so when Saturday morning came I frantically called every seemingly reputable repair company to see if someone could come out the same day. David called me back promptly but said it was likely he could only diagnose the problem and not fix it immediately since he may not have the part. So I continued my search to no avail until about an hour later when David called back and said that he found a couple places that were open that might have the part I need. He ended up having to go to both places to get it and sure enough

David was, hands down, thee nicest man/technician to ever come and service anything. He was knowledgeable about the product and even told me how to fix my drain pump on my washing machine. He took a picture of it, while he was underneath the machine (fixing something else on it), and said it would probably be the next thing to break. He was super kind. I hope nothing breaks soon, but if it does I know who I am calling again. Thank you SO much, David. It was, honestly, a pleasure!

David answered the phone when I called and came the next day. He was knowledgable about what my oven needed and he was honest about how much the part cost and his labor charge. I love talking on the phone with the actual person who is coming to work in my house. I love that he is his own business and he knows all about ovens. Highly recommended!
