Hi my name is Bobby Kramer, My wife (Marilynn) and I own Authorized Technical Service (ATS). I would like to thank Southern Arizona for giving us the pleasure of being trusted to enter their homes to repair their major appliances for over 40 years. We have gone all these years knowing that our job was important to Southern Arizona families.

Not until this pandemic came in and crippled Southern Arizona families emotionally, physically, and financially that we found out that we are essential. This crisis has shown us that washers and dryers sanitize our clothes, our dishwashers sanitize dishes, and our refrigerator safely preserves our food and lifesaving medication.

The goal of this fledgling corporation was to forever change the concepts of appliance repair and appliance technical representation/perceptions. Through dedication and perseverance, we succeeded in creating and maintaining a service company that is capable and willing to fulfill the many and varied needs of major appliance manufacturers as well as individual customers.
ATS is looking for experienced appliance repair technicians in the Tucson area. We have been in business since 1980 providing exceptional in home repairs on most major brand appliances in southern Arizona. We are seeking a full line technician to work on washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, and other household appliances.

We had just purchased a new Kitchen Aid induction range, two weeks before and found the control panel to be loose. The three screws holding it on were loose and the bottom panel (control panel) not secure. Leopoldo arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the problems and found not only the three screws loose but discovered two more screws missing. They had not been installed at the factory. He installed the two screws and realigned the control panel and tightened the remaining three screws. He also went out of his way and gave us some helpful tips on cleaning and care of our new Induction range

So sorry I purchased a service agreement that Whirlpool has with ATS. They just can't seem to be able to fix my refrigerator ice maker. Returning calls is also an issue. I had to drive to their office to speak to a supervisor. Ice maker is still broken.

This place is the worst! Thomas has the customer service skills of a wet towel! Took the day off for scheduled service, he didn't feel like driving to my place because it was too far and I was the only ticket he had in the area! Second scheduled service, he wouldn't run the cycle on my washer that is making the noise and said he didn't have time to run another cycle because he had other tickets to get to!! My washer is under warranty and less than a year old! Find another Maytag Repairman!!

Leopoldo was very courteous in our home. He greeted the dogs before he did any work. He explained what the issue was and received the part in a timely manner. He gave me a two hour window and arrived at the beginning of the window. Along with wearing PPE he took some time to chat yet didn’t overstay. Thanks for bringing faith back to us with service calls.

Called about an oven that wasn't coming to temperature properly. It took almost a week to get a repairman out - when he came, he recommended a new broiler burner (which wasn't what I called about, but the oven is old, so ok) & a new ignition burner assembly. Total - $471. It took another week for the parts to come in. Installed both parts, & it worked fine when he left; 3 days later when I try to use the oven - same problem.

Call again & they send the same guy. He was courteous & polite, admitted that he wasn't quite sure what the problem was, but that he had one

Called Whirlpool to get our dish washer fixed (Out of warranty) and were referred to this company. Tech came up and charged $80 dls to diagnose. It took a month to come again here with parts and replaced whatever they thought the problem was. Paid $338.27 for the service and he assured the problem was fixed. Wife try to wash that same evening and had the same dirtiness for dishes and silverware, we have tried a couple of times and nothing changed. Rescheduled new appointment just to say that it may be the water pump now and it will be $300 more dollars....INSANE!! Of course we didn't accept

I was referred to them by Bosch for a covered repair on new machines. My washer leaked. The service man from Authorized Technical Services said I used too much detergent. I lowered the amount to very little (1 tsp) and it still leaked. Called them again and same repair person came. He yelled at me too much detergent and left. I called the office to complain and they were quite nasty and said if they came again they would charge me. Bosch gave me another authorized service. Their service man ran the washer for a few minutes and found the problem. The gasket on the door was replaced and the machine

I needed service for my monogram refrigerator. I made the call, and secured an appointment in ONE day. I was informed that I would receive a phone call that morning to inform me of the service call anticipated arrival window. As promised, the service technician (Leopoldo) arrived promptly. He arrived already "masked up".
The service call $ was reasonable.

I had a leaking dishwasher. I called ATS and in less than a week a Technician came out and looked at my machine. I expected him to say that I needed a new dishwasher but he said I had a good machine and it was worth fixing. Parts have been hard to get but the parts came in on-time and installation was scheduled right away. JW (the Tech) came out at the time he said he would and was professional and kept the work area neat. He knew the repair needed and did it. This is the worst company ever. We needed a warranty repair for a Whirlpool microwave. We have been working with this company for 2 months trying to resolve the issue. I tried the what was as advertised as fixed 20 mins after he left, the service man said we should have checked his work before he left and insinuating maybe I did something to the unit. It would be another week before they could get out. Asked to speak to the owner who NEVER called. The whole staff very condescending and sometimes rude. Gone another direction. DO USE THIS COMPANY.

Tech came out and claimed our $1500 dollar ref cost new $15000 and would cost $1500 to fix. He couldnt figure out how to remove lower drawer and gave up and claimed he didnt know how to work on my frigidair.
He then gave us an estimate of $850 to repair ?! Didnt lift a finger to do any troubleshooting. This company came highly recommended but apparently the "good techs" dont work my area.

Our Refrigerator stopped working in our motor home. Leopoldo was early for our appointment, came to Freedom RV to fix our fridge and by the time we got out to our motor home from the waiting room, he had it fixed! He gave us some good advice, was friendly and a comfort to two worried people who couldn't live without ice or cold food. I wish every person in this business was a nice and helpful.

My mother-in-law's LG refrigerator wasn't cooling anything, so we had ATS come and diagnose/fix the problem. As expected, the compressor needed to be (and was) replaced. However, shortly after the replacement my mother-in-law noticed water accumulating under her fridge. By the time we next visited her and realized the issue (the leak was coming from a copper tube coming from the new compressor), ATS said that: a) they no longer work on LG refrigerators, b) the person who worked on our fridge is no longer with the company, and c) it's our fault for not calling them right away.

I recently bought a new home with a busted refrigerator. The local so-called repairman kept buying unusable crap parts and swinging by to drop off invoices for work he supposedly did before I moved in.

I was already looking to buy a new refrigerator until I called ATS.

Leopoldo came out immediately, diagnosed the problem (several missing parts), ordered them, correctly calculated the ball-park costs, and followed up shortly soon after to FINALLY fix my refrigerator. He was informed, professional, impressive and communicated like the pro he is. I highly recommend Leopoldo.

Would choose zero stars if i could! Just DO NOT use this company if you can help it. They are rude, talk down to customers, (even moreso if you are a woman, because you know nothing) and they will have to come back several times because they either cannot get the parts or issues starts again as soon as they leave. Don't let them take your appliance to their shop either...they will keep it for weeks on end and keep saying they can't get parts. We have been almost 11 mos without a working microwave

We have had a Nightmare experience with our Frigidaire above Range Microwave/Convection Oven which we found out about the 3rd year of owning it, that there was a recall letter out on the way the wires were routed in the door. (We Never got that letter??) so we reached out to (Electrolux/Frigidaire) and they were very unhelpful being that we had one of their appliances that had a Manufacturer Defect according to the Tech from ATS, and they said even so, the appliance was out of Warranty!) They offered 50% off for the parts that were needed in order to have ATS fix it. (This started in November of

We have used Authorized Technical Service in the past and had good experiences. This past week our LG washer stopped working. I made an appointment for Saturday with ATS. Their technician Jeff called in advance and arrived exactly when he indicated. Jeff assessed the washing machine thoroughly and let me know that it was probably repairable but that given the age of the machine it might be a better option to buy something new. He said he would give us an estimate on Monday which he did and given the estimate and his advice we decided to buy something thing new. I felt the service charge
