Here in Arizona, when your refrigerator stops working it can cause serious problems for you and your family. No cold drinks on a hot day, and food can spoil quickly. Fortunately, we have the solution: Same-day appliance repair for your ailing fridge. When your clothes washer isn't working properly, dirty laundry piles up quickly.
Our service fee for all domestic residential appliances is $39.95 in Tucson and $59.95 for all others etc. Service fee for an additional appliance in the same visit is $20. The service fee includes our visit, diagnosis of your appliance, looking up the parts and giving you a written estimate. The service fee is waived if you approve the estimate and we repair your appliance.

The best customer service I have ever experienced from any company ever! My refrigerator needed repair, I called and a technician was able to come the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable and arrived when he said he would. A few days later I needed my dishwasher fixed and believe it or not, Beck talked me through how to fix it over the phone! And it worked! Very nice man. I used him many years ago and had the same experience. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I have the need.

Beck was absolutely wonderful. Called this morning about my broken ice maker thinking I would have to wait several days, but he was able to fit me in that very day! Diagnosed the issue, and needed to replace a part, which he had in his warehouse. Came back, replaced it, and showed me exactly what had happened with the old part. Super knowledgeable, professional, polite and affordable, and I felt very comfortable with having him in my home. I will definitely be using him again!

Beck is absolutely incredible! He made time during a super busy week to come out after hours (which he cleared with us beforehand and was awesome for us) to service our freezer and refrigerator, and he had it back up and running in no time and for exactly the price that he quoted after a quick diagnostic. He is absolutely going to be our go-to appliance guy for as long as he stays in the business. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and he gave us some great advice about how to keep our fridge/freezer in good working order. Seriously, do yourselves a favor and call Beck!

I was very happy with the quick response I got from Beck. I had an issue with my freezer, and he was willing to come by and check it out on his way home from work. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable and wanting to help. In a few minutes he had solved the problem. He is someone I am going to keep in mind for any future appliance problem. I found him to be honest and VERY reasonable charge. I'm extremely grateful for his service.

Great business...family owned. They came to my house on short notice and fixed my clothes washer, showed me a bit about maintenance and did it in the most efficient way...didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They are great, honest professionals. They fixed my refrigerator a few years ago...same thing, super knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend them!

Beck is awesome. This is the second time he has helped me with major appliance repairs in about a year. The first time was last year when our washing machine quit working, and this time was more urgent as our refrigerator and freezer weren't cooling properly.
For the washer, he suggested trying an inexpensive part that *might* solve the issue, because otherwise we were probably better off just replacing the unit (which is ultimately what we had to do). Beck answered my call the first time I called and showed up the same day. Beck was super nice, explained everything, and told me how to get the parts at the best price. His prices were also slightly lower than a few others that I had called. I highly recommend Beck and will definitely keep him in mind when I have issue in the future.
