The person that assisted me was mr. Edwards he was friendly and he assisted me in everything I needed, he was accurate on my measurements and very knowledgeable at what he was doing. I highly recommend him to anyone if you need assistance. The prices were cheaper than other places I checked, other flooring companies with the same flooring and grade couldn't beat their prices !

This is an awesome store to visit if you are looking for flooring. I actually got an idea from a friend to use flooring instead of re-veneering the dining table I'm refinishing. I visited this store on a weekday morning. It wasn't very busy, but they had plenty of employees working. They were quick to see if I needed help, which I did. RAY DEWITT did an amazing job helping me find what I needed and was also able to give me some advice on the project I'm working on. This store is definitely worth a visit!!

One of the best ! We visited at least 6 different flooring stores in the Baton Rouge area when preparing to re-tile our house, and floor surplus was the most pleasant experience we had. Solid customer service, no hovering salesman, and if there is a problem they help fix it with a smile. Lynette helped us get our order strait and made the transitions of changing out some of our material needs a breeze. They also have complimentary coffee which makes any store better in my book! We will be going back when we save up the money to tile out our bathroom.

Elisa was super helpful and very knowledgeable , She spent lots of extra time and made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I was really appreciative with all her help and ideas. Andy was super and cut all my purchases for me which saved me a ton of work. I would highly recommend anyone looking for anything for their floors to check this place out . You will not be disappointed.
