Bill was very helpful through the whole process- he helped to identify hail damage on our roof and gutters, worked with the insurance agent to get it covered, and helped to coordinate the shingle and gutter replacement. The crew that did the work was very professional, efficient, and capable. The new roof looks great, and they replaced all of the vents with new metal vents that also have a mesh to keep rodents out. They protected the plants around the house, and were even careful with our holiday lights. They did a thorough cleanup afterwards too, and walked around the house with me to point out

Unfortunately my sewer backed up into my home early Thanksgiving morning. I literally called approximately 18 plumbers trying to get help. The plumber showed up the next day using Bestex for remediation. Friday morning Darrique brought dehumidifiers and helped pull up/cleanup/sewage. I can't begin to convey the gratitude I have for him and his company. His prompt arrival prevented mold and unsanitary/unsafe conditions. They then came back to clean and decontaminate my affected areas. I can't thank and/or praise Darrique Campbell from Bestex enough. Thank you.

BesTex tarped my whole roof, performed water mitigation and repaired my roof. People are so vulnerable after a hurricane (Ida) that it's very easy to get caught-up in things. Many companies will ask for a copy of your adjuster's report if they know you have insurance. However, people need to be aware that they do not have to provide that information to anyone and they must read the contract before they sign anything. I questioned the fine print and BesTex removed it from the contract. I was satisfied with the work that was performed as well as the professionalism, responsiveness and timely manner

Great company., Rene was extremely helpful through the entire process. He saved me from a possible issue with the HOA. Jade was great with explains how the billing process works. During the install, Logan was in constant contact with me to explain everything and answer any questions I had during the install. Hugo and his crew did a great job on the roof. The cleanup was so good, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there. I talked with several roofing companies when our roof was damaged, this company was much better than any of the others.

Our contact, Westley was very informative about the damage to our roof, replacement options and explaining the insurance process for roof replacement. He also sold us seamless gutters and was honest about what our gutter needs were, instead of trying to sell us the most expensive product. Very positive with the entire experience during a stressful time!

We had significant hail damage from last year's storm...roof, garage doors, gutters, window screens. Our sales rep, Bill, did a fabulous job explaining what damage he saw, how the whole insurance process worked and interacting with my claims agent to request additional reimbursement for things overlooked or underestimated.
BesTex assembled the teams to get the jobs done in spite of the numerous supply chain issues. Our roof was totally replaced in a day while for most of our neighbors it was multi day process. Fabulous job done and we highly recommend BesTex.

What a relief to hire a company that did exactly what they were supposed to do! Steve Brannon was our rep and foreman on the job. I found him to be polite and straight forward while we went over terms and how it all worked with insurance company and put my mind at ease. He explained everything step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. His answers were thorough and professional. The roofing crew was respectful and polite while the work was going on and the finished product looks stellar! When I had questions for Steve he always picked up and that is huge. Someone from BesTex (Adam Smith is the name on the card) was just walking around on our roof without permission; he told my daughter (who answered the door, since she is at home for virtual school because of the pandemic) that he had to look at the roof. Shame on you! You were trespassing and it was extremely disruptive -- our dog went nuts because a stranger was on our roof and my kids and I were all trying to work/go to school virtually. I can't imagine why you thought that stunt would get you business.

I don't have much experience with roofing companies, since this was my 1st time in having a roof replaced. BUT, I was very impressed with this company. Since my insurance company wouldn't pay for the roof, they worked with me in getting it done. I was very impressed with their work ethics. They started the day at 7:30 am and was finished before 5 pm. When I got home from work, all I saw was my new roof, couldn't even tell they had been here. Their customer service is above and beyond. I really like Bes Tex. It is not about the name, but it is about the people behind the name. It is a family own business with character, integrity, and the opportunity to go above and beyond the work agreement. Bill Reid is a great guy. Bill made the process very easy - kept us informed, educated us on the claim process, worked with our insurance company to make the replacement as easy as possible. They did a great job replacing our roof. We had a small leak afterwards and Bill immediately addressed it.
