In 2016, Luke decided to join one of the largest roofing companies in Texas as a roofer salesman. In late 2017, he quit and took a better opportunity as sales manager and CEO for a smaller Roofing Company in Cedar Park, Tx. Luke managed many roofing jobs in Georgetown, Round Rock, and the surrounding areas.
We use a software called CompanyCam to generate a link that we send to every customer when starting a new job. We take before pictures, progress pictures, and completed pictures, and upload them to the link provided. As the project is happening, you can watch it from your phone or computer without having to worry if we are really doing what we say we are going to do.

The owner Luke Secora went to high school in Leander, and has grown up in this area his whole life.

This roofing company was great.
I hand picked them after researching a lot of local conpanies, and I was not dissappointed.
There arenother roofing companies out there but I feel i got the best deal because of the level of
professionalism shown.

We had contacted ARK Roofing following a hail event after seeing the reviews/recommendations of others. ARK had some great options to improve the looks of our home while improving ventilation as well. They had also done painting, porch staining and gave our stucco a new home look.
Highly recommended for roofing and painting and best yet they're local here in Georgetown.

5 stars for Ark Roofer. After working with numerous roofers, Ark has proved to be the best. Cynthia the office manager is very helpful and the owner is readily available to step in where needed to make things flow smoothly. Highly recommend Ark roofer. With all these other amateur roofers in town trying to drum up business, it's refreshing to know I have a solid roofer!

I cannot say enough great things about ARK Roofer. As a previous property manager of many years I have always been accustomed to follow the rule of a minimum of three bids. When my roof was horribly damaged during the 2020 hail storm I followed the rule of three bids but I did not have complete comfort or peace with the local company representatives I spoke with. Already had to have them out to fix as Shingles started flying off my house in mine & neighbors yard..... Lots of Roof Nails left in our yard despite being assured after requested it wouldn't happen. And, called, emailed constantly for months on end as they "work" with our insurance for more and more $$. Shady, Shady Business. Not to mention the cat calls from workers while around the neighborhood. Recommend ANYBODY else.

The best experience I have had with a roofing company. Their rep Cody contacted my realtor about some wind damage he noticed on the roof. I was out of town at the time and didn't know. Cody got the number of the real estate sign and called to let us know. My house was already under contract and we had a closing imminent set for the next week. Ark Roofers was able to go out and repair the roof, so we didn't miss our closing date. Not only that, but they came in $400 under the estimate to repair. I cannot recommend them enough.

Luke and his crew showed up as scheduled and began work immediately. There was a bit of delay in getting drop covers for the debris but was corrected within an hour and the job went smoothly and efficiently and was completed in one day with final cleanup on second day. We were well apprised of the process prior and during via safe Zoom meetings with Luke. The followup and meshing with our USAA insurance was a breeze. There were no surprises and we were kept up to date at every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing jobs you might have.

Ark Roofing gets 5 out of 5 stars for an outstanding hail damaged roof replacement. They were very friendly, and straight forward, and worked with me on a payment plan since my home on Lake Buchanan is under a contract for sale. These guys are amazing. The dealt directly with the insurance companies, never tried to over sell me and were always on time, professional, and communicated constantly. Luke treated me like family. Not uncle Eddie type family but like a brother you really like having over for Christmas. They will forever be my go to roofer.

Can I have more stars? 5 stars isn't enough for this company! Luke Jansen came out to evaluate the roof and did a fabulous job of explaining everything to me, as I am not proficient in 'roofing lingo'. He worked with my insurance company to minimize my out of pocket expenses. The crew did a good job cleaning up and the project was completed on time and with little effort on my part. I am one happy homeowner!

I am based in California, so I'm not able to call on their direct services, but Luke has been there for me still! I have a aluminum/foam flat roof sunroom with a major leaking problem that I wasn't able to find any resources for until I found Ark Roofer's Youtube. I emailed Luke for some follow up questions and he responded right away. He is still helping me find the right the materials to use and is so kind! I wish I could do more to share this business because they are great. Thank you, Luke!

If the recent hail storm or high winds have done a number on y'alls roofs the way it did on ours, I highly recommend contacting Joe Jones at Ark Roofer to get things checked out. We had our roof replaced yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Joe was an absolute asset helping us through the insurance claims process, explaining all materials that would be used, and what to expect. The pricing was more than reasonable for the quality of materials and workmanship we received. I've already recommended them to friends and family, and figured I would share here as well

I was in need of a new roof, but needled to have it done through insurance. Called several roofers and no one even offered to file a claim. Heard about Ark roofer from a neighbor. He had a similar situation as mine. He had a couple of roofers come out and could not get his insurance company to approve replacement of his roof. He finally got in touch with Luke Secora. Luke gets over 90 percent of his claims approved because he has a unique way to present the owners claim. That is what he was able to do for me.
