I rented a unit 10/16/21 I was very impressed with the two men inside they were professional and very helpful. The grounds are well kept and secure. I would definitely refer anyone needing a unit to store their belongings to this facility

Turned in our Penske truck here from our move 2 and a half years ago and luck would have it, they had a unit available to store our household things. We have recently moved out and just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Brad and crew for the professional/polite customer service and keeping our things safe and secure for so long. If I ever need a space in the future, I will definitely give them my repeat business.

Absolutely incredible!! Was using the storage because is was between moves. I needed a month and a couple days and they hocked me up!! They could have charged me twice but they knew I was in a bind and worked with me. They accidentally charged me twice and all it took was one phone call and they took care of it. It’s so rare to get this type of honest and good business practice. If I ever need storage again I’ll go out of my way to use them again!

Love, LOVE Advantage storage! I've had other storage places but this one was by far the best I'd ever used. Was here for two years and every bit worth time, effort and money. Brad was so accommodating during this crazy covid surprise when the world's economy fell apart. I will recommend ADVANTAGE STORAGE Waxahachie to everyone. The grounds were always clean as was the hallways of my storage unit. Thank you Brad for the two best storage years of my life!!

Very helpful and hospitable customer service.

We had to find our storage unit over the phone thanks to shelter in place and had to get our daughter out of college on the fly. Thankful for finding the right unit at a very competitive price and best customer service ever!
