BR Foundation Repair is one of those rare companies that really sets the bar for how a contractor should work. From my initial meeting with Michael Lamonica through to the completion of the project (which, in our house, was not insubstantial), we knew exactly how the project was progressing, where the problems were, and how they were being dealt with. Their "fix it once and fix it right" ethic should mean that we won't need to use the generous warranty that the work was provided with.
