Robert and Alex showed up to the service call in a timely manner. Alex did most of the servicing, he explained what he was doing and based on the age of the unit and what he observed, gave us his recommendations for servicing and repair. Of course our unit was on its best behavior when they got there but Alex explained how the furnace and AC Unit work in tandem and what may have potentially made the crazy sounds. He was very fourth coming with educating us and answering our questions.

I missed out on hiring Elite a couple years ago when in the middle of a bloody hot August night, my A/C capacitor went out and it was time to upgrade my 20 year old A/C and furnace. Unfortunately, Elite due to their rep and high demand couldn't get to my house the next day, but was a week out. I should have waited. I hired someone else, and boy do I regret it. Kieanta came to service our AC today in Brentwood, CA. Hes a super cool dude with a ton of knowledge about how our AC unit works. He takes his time to help explain all of his processes thoroughly, and even takes the time to show you exactly how the units hes installed work and what they do.
Most of the time when you have your AC serviced, you dont get a full run down on what was the exact issue, and how that issue was resolved. With Kieanta, everything was full transparent and got to learn a thing or two about ACs! Also, always nice to have local people working for a local company.

I called and spoke to Victor after 8pm on a week night.
By early afternoon the next day, he had sent technician, Kieanta.
Kieanta was very professional, honest, and very thorough. He walked us through the entire process of what was needed to repair my air conditioner. He got my system up and running in less than an hour.
We signed up for the company's service plan, which is very reasonable compared to other companies we had spoken to prior in the week.
We highly recommend Elite Comfort Systems.

Great service, highly recommend for your air conditioning needs! Their first availability was one week out and because it was so hot in Brentwood, they ended up coming out the same day due to the extreme heat and no cool air blowing into the house.
Logan was very thorough and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. It was nothing major, but he was able to get my system all cleaned up and running properly again.

After having a discounted "tune up" from another company (soon to be reviewed) the honesty and actual service was refreshing! I received a list of what was actually done with options and recommendations. The first company did nothing but take pictures and tell me I need a new unit. I will continue to receive quotes but in the end my trust was won!

Of course my AC decided to break down in the middle of a heat wave and the raging California fires.
Robert did an excellent job fixing our AC. He was on time, fast, and knowledgeable. I can't think of a single thing to improve on.
I'm now sitting in my nicely air conditioned house while the nasty smoke remains outside. Our lungs thank you!

Can you believe my AC decide to go out at 9pm the night before the following days were set to hit high 108's? The audacity lol. Luckily Elite Comfort Systems came through for the save! I made an after hours call that same night, left a message regarding my dilemma and received a call back first thing in the morning.
They were super generous in accommodating me that very same day and had a technician out to my place for an estimate in no time. I was utterly impressed and so thankful considering this is wild fire season and every HVAC business must be swamped with calls & appointments.

Customer service at its very purest, would be the way I would describe my experience today and for those of the past with Elite. About 3 years ago they installed a new furnace, condenser, and thermostat and did an incredible job. So recently when our AC stopped working properly and only delivered warm air into our home, naturally Elite was my first call. Being that we are in the middle of summer and the fact that I have a baby at home it was imperative that I get this issue fixed very soon. Yesterday we came home from a week's vacation.
It was over 100 degrees and our house was approaching 90. We were horrified to find out our air conditioner was down. I reached out to Vic and he said he would call me back. He called ten minutes later and said he was on his way. He jumped on our air conditioner and it was fixed very quickly. Vic was awesome! Him and his team are very professional and punctual! Needless to say I'm sold! Try him out! You'll be amazed!

We were fortunate to find Elite Comfort Systems. I needed to have a defective Carrier Infinity WiFi Thermostat replaced under Carrier's 10 year parts warranty. Joe Marhx from Elite Comfort Systems arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue with the Thermostat. Joe was able to obtain and install the new Thermostat the same day at a reasonable price. I received outstanding service from Elite Comfort Systems. All communication with them was timely and effective. The tech who serviced my air conditioner, Joe Cool, actually blew my mind. He made my 13 year old air conditioner look almost brand new. I was very impressed.
I will say that the service cost about 10 times what I was expecting to pay, but the air conditioner has worked well since. Joe took the time to explain to me the various service levels, and I knew before I authorize the repairs what the cost would be. There was no discrepancy when the job was done.

Our AC went out one hot June night. I called Elite the next morning & was able to get an appointment for that afternoon. Victor arrived on time. I was expecting to have to replace the entire unit, it's 20 years old. Victor found that the motor needed to be replaced. Instead of spending thousands $$, I only had to pay hundreds. My system works perfectly now. Thank you Victor! I highly recommend this company. They are the only HVAC team I would ever use.

We have used Elite for the last few years and they take very good care of their customers. Honest work, good prices. I needed to have a part replaced in my system. Elite went over pricing from the low end to high end of cost. The tech directed me to the lower cost part, instead of the higher end part. I have worked with other HVAV companies that try to do a wallet biopsy. I have never received that treatment from Elite. The company is local and very reputable. I would always recommend them, hands down.

Yesterday my AC went out and I convinced myself that it was going to work again. By 5:00 it was clear the house wasn't getting cooler. I called Elite and within fifteen minutes a technician was at my house! Victor fixed the problem and the price was fair and reasonable. Very professional and responsive.
