Beginning with our inception in 1964, Bob Hugo had a vision of building a successful business by training his employees in the art of plumbing. Over the past 55 years, our team of master and journeyman-trained plumbing professionals have used these skills to address a wide range of plumbing problems including water line, sewer, and gas line repair.
Today's homeowners are always looking for ways to make their homes more energy-efficient. The Gravity flow hot water system is one way to achieve this goal. The Grav-Flow system is not a gadget-but a simple two-pipe design that utilizes the forces of nature to deliver hot water quickly. Hugo Plumbing Company, Inc. has over 50 years of experience installing these convenient hot water systems.
In the early 1960s, our father Bob Hugo was trying to raise 5 kids and manage a company. By the late 1970s, Charlie, a plumber friend of his, had opened a plumbing parts store in Mississippi. Charlie's health began failing and his doctor advised him to sell his parts store. Our father bought his business with a vision of starting Hugo Plumbing Parts.

Very experienced, knowledgeable, ethical, professional, and fast. Very particular about doing excellent work. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The final cost with Hugo was less than half the estimate I got from a company that advertises on TV a lot - all that advertising is expensive. I’m super grateful that someone told me to call Hugo Plumbing before I did anything else. I won’t call anyone else.

We had a leak in our front yard. Called for service and Barbara got me scheduled quickly. Bryan and John called and arrived on time. Found the leak very quickly and repaired in less than an hour. These guys were exceptional. Hugo’s will definitely be our first call for any future needs. Very affordable which is wonderful.
