Coal stoves feature excellent heat output, offering high efficiency and no use of bituminous coal. Modern stoves have automatic feed options and thermostats, offering convenience and comfort in one product.

Purchased a brand new Jotul Carabasset with a full warranty. The secondary air intake to the baffle at top of the firebox does not function. Numerous calls to SOS and they state they can not honor the warranty since I live in PA. Did not inform me of this prior to purchase. I have sent their repairman videos of the stove not working properly. They also claim that contacting Jotul on my behalf is all they can do. Legal recourse for breach of warranty has unfortunately become my only course of action.

Joe was a life saver today. With this weird weather and fist season running the new stove we didnt plan amount of use. No one had pellets and He was able to recommend a softwood and have ready when we arrived. Thank you for the help and quick answers.

Customer service is outstanding! I purchased 2 stoves from SOS and they are my go to yearly for pellets. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, Heidi and Melissa are always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone/email. They came highly recommend and they live up to their reputation. I highly recommend SOS!

Our pellet stove went into alarm last year so we called SOS to service it. They got it running but a few hours after they left smoke started to come out of the front of the stove and the house filled with smoke. We called SOS and told them we didn’t feel it was worth the $200 we spent since it was worse than before the repair. We didn’t look into fixing it last year as we were frustrated. This year we figured we would give the stove and SOS another chance so we called and made an appointment. Two days before the appointment an unfriendly women called and said they were cancelling our appointment

After interviewing 4 other fireplace places we chose SOS. Their knowledge, well procured showroom and execution of the final install proved we made the right choice. We discovered our Blaze King wood insert there which no one else had. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. The price was right. This place is the real deal and I highly recommend them. Next year we'll be back for another insert for our basement.
