J Lopez Concrete just completed replacing my triple-wide driveway and front walkway. They did an excellent job. They arrived on-time, had all the equipment and man-power needed to do the job, were careful so as not to disturb my mature landscape too much, and had the job completed in a week. They cleaned everything up well. Juan is easy to communicate with, is quick to respond to text messages and wants the home owner to be happy with the job. He is honest too. I highly recommend this company.

Juan and his team were excellent to work with. The front porch on my home was crumbling and collecting water due to being uneven. Juan's bid was very reasonable but best of all the work was scheduled quickly, job done in 2 days and Juan's communication was excellent. I'm super pleased with the final product and would definitely recommend J Lopez concrete and hire them again.

We needed to completely remodel our backyard, side yard, and front yard that included the driveway and porch area. A total area of 2300 square feet. We wanted a contractor that we could trust to be responsive, timely, and care about doing a quality job. Juan walked me through the choices I had making me feel at ease with pictures, brochures, color choices and even left me with sample stamps to help me make such a huge decision. I got 3 different bids to lay down concrete in our small patio. Juan was neither the highest or the lowest bid, but I was impressed with the pictures of the projects they've done. This review is long overdue! Lopez concrete did an amazing job on our backyard back in July. My family is 110% satisfied. Juan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt with prep work and the completion! And I'm not sure what kind of magical concrete they have but it doesn't get hot! My 3 year old was walking barefoot after a hot day of the sun beating down on it. I checked it out for myself and sure enough it wasn't hot at all! Juan and his crew widened our driveway, put a sidewalk around our garage, and expanded our patio. I got three estimates for the job and they were all within a couple hundred dollars of each other. So, his price is competitive, but I went with him because he responds quickly and was detailed in understanding what we wanted.

He was available right away after contacting him for a bid and was very helpful with offering ideas and suggestions. Our pool was being worked on at the same time so coordinating the two projects was a bit of a challenge initially. Juan was very accommodating, which was so appreciated. We recently moved to a new home with an all dirt backyard and wanted to lay cement throughout. After getting a few quotes, Juan's was the most affordable without sacrificing quality.
We contacted him through Yelp and a couple days later, he came to give an estimate and said he could start work the next week.
After the initial visit, Juan was able to come the day before the work was scheduled to begin to accommodate changes we requested. Not only that, we asked if he could extend our gate, and to our surprise, they were able to do so!
