We usually recommend replacing units that are over 10 years old, especially when they start giving you constant problems or when major repairs that may cost over $500.00 are needed.

Exceptional service- had another company come out prior that said the entire system needed to be replaced - but I knew that was not the case - he replaced the parts and back to working for under 300$ - will definitely use them fir all future work.

Mr. Cool was very prompt and very professional. I called And was able to get same day service which was an absolute plus. The a/c was not working in my home and they told me what to do until they arrived and when they came to my home they were able to find and fix the problem in a very timely manner.

Originally called for a duct cleaning and Jose Luis came for the estimate. They were really informative and professional so I decided to go through with it. I actually added some additional maintenance for our AC unit since the pricing was very reasonable. They were never pushy and they seemed very reliable. I will definitely be using them again for future AC unit service/maintenance.

I’ve used multiple AC companies in Houston and this was by far my best experience. I had a leaking evaporator coil and contacted a few companies for a quote. Each company required someone to come out and “inspect” the system but Walter (owner) worked with me over the phone to get me a quote. It was a great price compared to the large HVAC companies in Houston. After the job was done he came by to personally inspect the installation. I will definitely use Mr. Cool again for any of my HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

This company was very prompt and professional. They replaced a coil for my A/C unit. I felt that they were reasonably priced and the owner stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend using them if your having a problem with your A/C .

Walter replaced the air conditioner and furnace this past week. (He had service the old one for the last three years). His crew was there by 7:00 AM to begin the work and done by 2:00 PM. They were professional, informative, and left the area cleaner than when they began. Walter is very easy to work with and has the highest work values which include integrity and honesty.

Mr. Cool was willing to come to our house in the midst of the icy roads and winter storm this past week. They were able to get our furnace up and running again and only charged for a regular service charge. We are forever grateful! We will definitely continue to use them in the future. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Excellent company. Walter is at the top of the list among guys I've ever dealt with in the service repair business. He stopped in to assess my compressor issues at the end of a long day, just so he could get service ordered for the next day. And on the next day, he had a crew out to repair and replace what needed to go. Everything was professional and thorough. Not an easy time for these guys to work during the Covid pandemic, but they all had masks and were able to get the job done quickly.

I was in need of having my evaporator coil replaced. The previous company I went with their prices were outrageous. I contacted Walter, he came out and provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable, therefore I went forward with changing out the air handler as well. Jose and the team came on Wednesday, they worked very efficiently and got everything done in 3hrs. Walter arrived and ensure everything was operating correctly. I will definitely be using them for all my future AC and Heating needs and highly recommend them to anyone else who is need of AC/Heat repair.

We have worked with Walter for years and wouldn't consider using anyone else. He is professional and courteous and most importantly he is reliable. Normally I get quotes with several different vendors for work in my home, but Mr. Cool gets our business every time. He returns your calls quickly, and he shows up when he promises he will be there.
