These guys were more interested in selling me a new unit than to fix the 2-year-old one we had. After what was said and done and getting their new system installed within a day. Problems rolled in not even two days later. Called, Technician was never dispatched. They installed a new system but never cleaned the ac pan and lines. Waited till the "6 month free maintenance" guy to come and didn't even bother to go in and check. Took one look and said, sorry i can't maintenence due to the space. Never have i experienced such a non caring about their customers company. Never will i recommend my friends

In October 2015 Royal Air installed a 5-ton Trane Compressor and Coil at our home. The fee was $6,800. Then, in May 2019, we called Royal Air to install a complete duct system and furnace. The fee was $13,410.

This company was dispatched to do 1 job that was to find the issue and fix it!. "Blown Blower motor on Furnace" But instead tried to sell me a new unit first red flag and If I was to buy a Unit Royal Air Houston would NOT be an option!...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Then claiming a blower motor is hard to find 2nd red flag!!.. I was able to get on the phone and tell them what type of unit I have and for $159 it could be delivered to me in 2days and I'm not even a HVAC company. and he intentionally turned the furnace off from the attic so it looked as if the unit was totally gone!.. Royal Air did NOT install the new heating system I purchased correctly and did not respond when I made them aware of the problem. I suspect they knew about the problem after the first service appointment and avoided all contact with me. After the first service appointment the technician said the unit was fine and didn't mention any problems. When I couldn't get them to come back for the second and third service appointments over a period of nearly a year I became concerned and went into the attic to try to replace the filter myself. Hot mess express!! One of their folks came to fix the heater and crack one of my shower titles. After calling multiple times and emailing photos they refused to fix the tile. We have had multiple problems with our AC since installing it. Installation took a 5-7 days to complete because they couldn't figure out how to install it because they weren't professional AC workers. Extremely dissatisfied! Do NOT use them! You'll regret it later!!

Charged us to fix an AC part and it broke within a day. We had to get the unit replaced and they never offered a refund for the repair. Never even called us back. We had to file a dispute with our credit card. They are liars and thieves.
Edit to add: we did call your office numerous times only to be told someone who could help would call us back. It has been months and we finally got our money back as we won our case via credit card dispute.

They installed a new A/C unit and failed to upgrade the drain lines to code and also did not angle them correctly. Result?! Thousands in damage to unit and home including upstairs ceiling. DO NOT use them! When we called to try to get than out to repair the damage they gave us a week wait time and said "they didn't care if our unit was on fire". Great customer service. We turned them into the Better Business Bureau.

This company is a scam. To make a long story short, they sold us two ac units and they have been nothing but trouble. Let me spare the owners condesending response by telling you that we had a leak in the condenser coil (Aug/2020 & 2021) (which is blamed on the manufacture defect - ultimately saying he sold me a defective unit), a capacitor (fuse) (May 2021)and had to replace evaporator coils (Aug2021). Each time it has gone out, it has taken us calling every single day sitting on hold for 20+ minutes and sometimes being disconnected in order to get them to come out. This last time

Not sure about their service but their drivers are reckless and almost caused 2 accidents on 2920 this morning. Definitely wouldn't trust a company who employs people who don't value safety and courtesy in all aspects. The sad part is we are actually looking for an ac company right now too. Guess we can check these guys off the list.

I enter a contract on 11 July 2021, to have my old air condition 2ea and duct work removed and reinstalled with new ones. AFTER completing the job my house is not cooling. I was told to leave them on 70 degrees and the house is still not cooling. On day 2 after arriving home from work my ceiling was leaking water from several place, I'm luck I came straight home if not whatever was leaking out of that a/c would have destroyed my $2500.00 rugs. We used this company based on the recommendation of our Home Warranty company. They installed a new Air Condition unit 3 years ago and we are still under warranty. My wife and I came back this past Tuesday from a trip and this new unit is not working. I called them to come fix it and was told it will be next Friday. I call another company and they came immediately and told me the problem. We used Royal Air to service and repair the 14 y/o A/C units in our house built in 2004. Upon return from a vacation in 2018, the 4 ton unit failed and the 3 ton unit was on its last legs. So we had Royal do a full replacement of both units ($20K+ job). They came out that night (August) and worked til 2 am doing the replacement. We did have to call them out in the fall when the season changed to get the heating working correctly (wiring botch).

On April 8, 2021 I called Royal Air Houston because I heard a loud pop from my air conditioner unit outside. I then went outside and it smelled like burning rubber. So when I looked into the unit i noticed that the plug to the compressor was not plugged in anymore. So I then turned the fuse to the off position. Took the fan out so that I could see what was going on. I also took pictures of the burnt plug and prongs of the compressor. I then sent an email to royalairhouston@gmail.com. I received no response from the pictures that I sent. Also when I called they gave me a 1 week window for a technician

We had a new unit installed in January 2021 sales person sold to us and had it installed in 24 hours. Unfortunately service of unit which is not cooling properly and leaking is quite a bit slower. So far I would not recommend them for ac needs. We are still paying for the unit and it is less than 6 months old and not working

I live in a split level home with zoned air/heat and 2 air conditioning units. After having air conditioning issues, we hired Royal Air Houston to install new unit. We were told by the rep that the single unit would accommodate both floors. The unit only works on the upper level. We have no heat or air on bottom level. In addition, the system had several gas leaks that had to be addressed by the repairman. Royal Air informed us that we should have requested to have a zoning system installed. They have ignored our calls to fix this issue. They are pushing the blame on us. In addition, the company

I wish I could give ZERO stars! We purchased a unit from this company about 2 years ago; and the unit stopped working. We called in for a service repair and they said it would be 10 days before someone could come out! It is the middle of July in Tx with temperatures over 100 degrees ; I am disabled and on oxygen and this is absolutely unacceptable.
