We are a family owned and operated business with 33 years of experience in air conditioning and electrical. We always strive to provide our customers with timely service and reasonable pricing.

I wish I had ten Andy Prados! He came highly recommended in Cypress and now I know why. I call him after 7:00 pm the first time and he arrived 20 minutes later to us. Identified the issues, had all the parts on hand, and he's not just sales oriented like most HVAC companies on units that are well outside of their operability. Great service! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Called Prado services and without hesitation Andy helped me troubleshoot my AC problems. He was able to respond to the house quickly to repair my unit and gave me helpful cleaning and maintenance tips. His prices are very competitive! My A/C unit stopped working and I went through my home warranty company for repairs. They sent out another company who wanted to uncharge me on basic parts.
I was referred to Prado Service by a friend and he immediately came out and diagnosed the issue. He also got my unit up and running immediately until we could get the parts in to schedule a repair.
I absolutely recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for someone trustworthy for their HVAC needs. They could have easily tried to upsell me on a new unit, but he actually talked me out of it because it didn't make sense.

We initially called Prado Services for a second opinion on an A/C issue after seeing them recommended in a neighborhood app. Andy Prado took a look at our system and gave us a few reasonable options to resolve our problem. No pushy sales gimmicks. He topped off our system with freon to give us time to make a decision on which option would work for… us. We called him on a Tuesday night to schedule the replacement of the evaporator coil thinking it would be a week at least. He and his crew had it done on Thursday morning that same week. This post is long overdue. We had an leak in our unit upstairs that caused a big mess that resulted in our ceiling caving in. So it's Saturday night about 8pm, and all of a sudden we notice it is unusually warm in our house. We searched the social networks for recommendations on Air Conditioning Repair. Prado Services came highly recommended, so we gave them a call. The gentlemen, Andy Prado, answered and was very polite. He was at our house in 20 minutes! Andy Prado is extremely professional, nice as can be, and is great at what he does. He is quick to arrive to your home (even on a Saturday night!). I also noticed his truck is well stocked with all of the appropriate tools and parts ready to use, which is hard to say for most a/c repair companies. Pricing is extremely fair and easily explained without any questions or "hidden" fees. When your a/c goes out it is never convenient, so he will make the repair a smooth and quick process.
