We hired Allen's to clean two area rugs and two pieces of furniture. They were quick and efficient, and provided some tips for future cleaning. The reps were very professional and really cared about quality and timeliness. Their support email is also very responsive, among the fastest I've seen. Just note that if you have hardwood floors like we do, they take the rugs to clean at their facility and hold for 2 weeks so the wet rugs aren't drying against the wood floors. I would highly recommend them!

First of all, I love that the company is local.
Joseph did a great job! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. My carpet looks new! I can definitely postpone new flooring project now. It was same price as renting the cleaning vacuum, dragging it home, and doing it myself. Never again! I will recommend this company to anybody needing carpet cleaning, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Allen Dry-N-Clean did and amazing job on the home I just moved into. They really brought back the carpet and saved potentially thousands from what I would have had to pay to recarpet the flooring. Highly recommend them. Mat did an awesome job really getting stains out and really shampooing the carpet.

Did an outstanding job, explained what he was going to do, did it and asked if I was satisfied. What more could you ask for in a carpet cleaning company? Joseph was a pleasure to work with! Will request him again. My upstairs smelled like dog urine and every other time I had the carpets cleaned, specifically for that, they smelled more after the carpets were cleaned. Thank goodness not this time! And they are very affordable! Thank you so much!!!

I had Joseph come by to carpet clean today (Saturday morning). I had overslept, leaving him waiting outside. He patiently waited and called. He then waited for me to get my sleeping children up & corralled into my bedroom. He carried on a great conversation and offered help along the way! At no point did he make me feel bad or say anything snarky or rude. He was completely understanding and honestly, comforting! As parents we all know how hectic it can go if and when we hire carpet cleaners… this is the company to use, every time! I highly recommend Joseph, trustworthy and friendly, family man

We had a great experience today getting 4 area rugs cleaned in our home. Making and getting an appointment very fast and easy. The communication leading up to the appointment was detailed and very helpful. Matt, our technician, showed up on time, was professional and answered any questions I had. He was efficient and did a great job cleaning our area rugs. The entire process was wonderful. I would highly recommend them and would use them again!

I had such a great experience with this company! Joseph the technician was very friendly and professional! They came out to my work during the day, very convenient. They were able to get up water stains on my front 2 car seats. ( hardly anyone does car upholstery cleaning!) I will definitely use again and tell everyone that needs upholstery cleaning!!!

Edwin did an AMAZING JOB!!!!!!!!! 110% worth the money! It even looked clean still after it dried. I called for SAME DAY service and he arrived in 2 hours. The price I was given over the phone was the price he charged and he didn't try to sales pitch me into getting more. I got this service for my rental property and now I want it for my house too. Thanks again for an amazing job and great customer service.

From the first contact on the phone to completion of the job they absolutely nailed it. When I called In I was greeted with a very kind and polite csr who was very informative. Once my ticket was booked I received a notification and was able to confirm the booking. I was called the day before service as a reminder of our appointment (which is… outstanding as I'm pretty forgetful). When the technician arrived (Joseph Jones) he was very polite.
