The majority of Gainey Flooring customers come to us without having selected materials for their remodel. They've spent the weekend going to home improvement stores or visiting local flooring or tile showrooms, but they realize they're not experts and need someone with an eye for design. Remodeling your home is a stressful task that only comes around once every 10 years.
We were very pleased with the finished work. Bruce (the owner) communicated with us constantly and offered helpful suggestions. He showed up when he said he would (which was a problem for some contractors when giving bids). His pricing was very fair (we had bids from many other contractors). His workers were friendly and did good work.

He left samples behind to help us decide. We gave an ideal date that was hard for anyone to meet. His expertise in design, floor patterns and durabilitymade… us very comfortable with the materials we chose. They came the exact day and time given to us. I contacted Bruce from a neighbor's referral. I had him tile my master bathroom in which I renovated myself. His guys were on time, polite, and generally clean. The work was terrific and we are very happy with our completed bathroom! I will be suggesting his services to my future in-laws for shower re-builds that they are looking to get done!
