Nightmare company to work with. After our first install I found nails sticking up in the middle of the floor, a door opened so far the knob went through the drywall and scratched paint. This company refused to accept the fact that their installers caused the damage and did not pay to repair. The carpet was installed incorrectly and started to bubble just a few months later. It took almost 10 months of arguing and constantly calling and going to the store to get the carpet replaced, which was a lesser value carpet with no partial refund. All smiles & promises when you walk in the door. Shoddy workmanship when it's all said and done.
Specifically, I worked with Andy to install carpet in a 2-bed apartment. They did not re-install the closet door sliders. When asked how come, Adam said they would have someone back to install, "within a few days."
After two weeks I stopped back and spoke to Gus who informed me that, "I own the place and I ain't sendin' anyone back out." I looked at Andy and he cowered down like a beaten puppy.
Zero integrity. Stay away

We had a great experience with Carpet Depot for our new home! Jim was kind enough to take us around the store and give his recommendations as well as cut sample pieces for us to take home.
We ended up finding the perfect color carpet but wanted it just a little bit softer. Sure enough, they had ordered the longer pile version as well, which was set to arrive in the warehouse the following week! Jim kept us informed during this time and got us scheduled for installation quickly, working around our moving timeframe.

I've been coming here for at least 10 years to carpet various rental properties in the Central Phoenix area...but I was dealt with dishonestly on the last transaction that I will never go there again!! I had carpeted a condo in 2011 and purchased the carpet at Carpet Depot and I went back in January to purchase the carpet (same exact carpet at the same price) and when I got the bill I was charged almost $200 more than the last time I went there. I went in to Carpet Depot today to try & find an inexpensive carpet remnant for my garage. I've been caring for a feral cat this past summer & with the cold weather coming on i finally earned her trust enough to sleep in my garage at night. While it's better than being outside the concrete floors in the garage still made it cold.

I am not sure who Andy is but let me tell you... BEWARE!! I am a real estate agent within the area and purchased some carpet. SHAME ON ME! The 15$ a yard was "too cheap" he had told me and should have bought more expensive carpet. Let me mind you the carpet is only 7 months old... and the tacks are ALREADY coming up and poking feet (which are extremely sharp like nails). I had hammered down at least 20 tacks just about a week ago. Prices are better then Home Depot. Installation is quick and professional. They measure fairly. If you need carpet for a rental and real estate fluff, Carpet Depot is the place. I have also purchased bound carpets for area rugs several times over the last 15 years and have been satisfied. Employees are nice and have worked for the company along time including the installers.

All I can say is WOW. From start to finish, my purchase experience was World Class. One of the owners, Andy, helped me. They have a huge selection of products from which to choose. I was looking for a high quality product at a great price, and that's exactly what I got. The carpet came in on time, and was installed right on schedule. The installation crew, headed by Andrew, did a beautiful job. I think they went above and beyond to help me. I go here once a year to buy carpet square samples for my place mats...they jacked the price up from $1 each to $2 each, but they did give me a free roll of carpet they didn't want so no need to complain. Kind of a laid back place...I have never bought a big piece of carpet here so can't vouch for that..but I got rid of most of my carpet anyway--bad for your health....wood floors only

The sales woman was so helpful, and we found carpet I that I really liked and was within my budget (for 3 rooms). The installers were fabulous - extremely neat, clean, experienced, hard-working and thoughtful. It looks beautiful!! My experience was very positive (I never did deal with the owners, so can't speak to that).

DANGER! Bought carpet at 32nd St. Phoenix store. Good price, good installers, timely install and paid to have furniture moved, even liked the carpet. BUT morning after install carpet began to smell and I mean bad! Burning eyes, headache, couldn't breathe, dizzy. Tried airing out home, baking soda, steam cleaning. Long story short going on 3 weeks later smell still bad and salesmen washed his hands of the problem. Promptly slammed the phone down after my second call to store to complain about problem. Haven't been home since. Will have to pay to have someone rip it out. Be careful what

Looked for carpet from big box stores, other carpet dealers, and was not happy. Went to Carpet Depot and met David. He was an outstanding sales person and took the time to educate me on their products. He even gave me a free sample. Based on price and quality, I placed a larger order. The two installers were excellent and friendly. They did an outstanding job and are true craftsmen. Thank you all for the very positive experience. Went to the 32 nd street location last Friday. Salesperson was helpful, not pushy.
Scheduled my appointment to measure on the following Tuesday. During the store visit, we figured we could do it Saturday. Salesperson got busy Saturday, I told him we could reschedule so he wouldnt have a late night on a Saturday, he said Monday would work .
He never came or contacted me Monday. (I texted him about the appointment, He said texting him was fine and a preference).

This place was fantastic. Went in there, ordered our carpet and got it all installed within a week. Awesome install job, price was fair and we are very happy with the results.
Now for the reason they get 5 stars. I was in the process of moving out of a rental home and into my newly purchased house. I had a puppy who put a hole in the carpet at the rental home and needed to make a repair. Went to carpet depot and told the owner my story. He made the fantastic suggestion to use carpet out of the closet in the rental home to patch the hole and find a close match at carpet depot to replace
