I wish I could explain how easy it was to work with this company, but I'm just going to suggest you hire them and find out yourself. I hired these folks to take on three rooms in my home. The master bedroom, the master bath, and the mudroom. I can't believe how amazing the flooring looks when you have people who know what they're doing. Bottom line, hire them.

I thought it was nearly impossible to find a professional garage floor epoxy contractor to renovate my garage floor with metallic epoxy flooring. I called them to schedule an appointment and the receptionist really listened to what I wanted. They emailed me some options for my budget and I was given a free estimate for the design I wanted. They have great customer service and my garage floor was done in less than a week.
