Great place! I was looking for affordable carpet and they had tons of options. I knew I wasn’t leaving there empty handed. I told the manager what I wanted and she gave me a small roll (enough for the area I was surfacing) for free! Absolutely free! She was so nice and I’m still in shock that she did that for me. The next area in my house that I redo I will definitely be going back there. The customer service is unbeatable.

Horrible customer service. Were not acknowledged when we arrived. No other customers were in the store. After looking at flooring for 10 minutes I had to go request help. When all three employees were in the back of the store having a good time. I asked if i could get some help, and she stated you weren't here first., when we were the only people in the store! SMH. They lost my business for life!!!!!

Arizona Discount Floorings advertised huge sale is a ruse. The owner Maria was late by an hour, 6-17-2021 ( first clue to RUN ) to open the store, when she arrived I told her found her ad on Craig's list ( actually this was the first clue to not even GO ) and the huge sale was in my budget for flooring in a rental. She asked how many sq ft I needed and when I said around 700 she informed me that huge sale price point was for remnants suitable for maybe 200 sq ft. The waiting customer that was there before me was back to deal with the fact that the flooring they had orderd was, you, guessed it,

I visited this store to do some comparison shopping before I made up my mind where to spend my dollar. Thought I might try and help a smaller business out instead of the big box store. Walked In and there was no one to talk to, she was in the back talking to a friend. We went back and there was another guy waiting, she then took notice of us and helped the other guy out quickly. I'm not a flooring specialist and don't know all the language. She decided that since her store is not in the best area that we didn't want to spend any money and went back to talking to her friend. We waited 5 minutes

After researching several companies I came across AZ Discount Flooring thru Thumbtack. I sent them a message and was immediately contacted by Ben. We set up an appointment and Ben came over at the scheduled time. I told him what we were looking for, he did his measurements and we looked over some of the samples he had brought. You don’t even get what you paid for. DO NOT USE this company! The owner Marie will not assure good quality work. She is disengaged with the entire process and does not have anyone supervising work. We paid them thousands of dollars for an incomplete job and are now in the process of filing a complaint with the Register of Contractors.
