Lovely holiday here with Tui. Spotlessly clean hotel. All inclusive food and drinks are good quality with plenty of choice. Short bus ride into Pula centre. Helpful staff. Would have been 5 stars but if you want a sunbed by the pool get up early. Usual practice of people reserving the best beds from 7am onwards but then not using them until midday- very annoying. Having said this there are plenty of sunbeds if you're happy to be away from the pool.

The Hotel is great, although we found that 1 of the beds was not comfortable.
Most of the people there were nice, except a couple of them in the SPA always mentioning about 1 hour max stay policy, And to mention as well that the wet room is permanently switched off. ( Not due to Covid-19 restrictions, as other similar hotels have it on)
But would you want to hear about timing if you are to go for a SPA to relax?!?!
Breakfast and dinner, are ok, but far from being as good as similar hotels nearby.

- personell often rude or absent (seem not too interested), room service (they only straightened the bedsheets but never cleaned/ changed sheets, etc.), pool and beach beds (be prepared to get up early and fight the Germans / English with throwing your towels)

Excellent food at all meal times. Plenty of variety. I can be a fussy eater but there is more than enough choice for me.
The staff are also very good. Extremely helpful across all departments of the hotel. From bar staff to reception staff to the kitchen staff/waiters. You are all a credit to your profession. Keep up the excellent work. You all work very hard.
A special mention to one of the gentlemen bartenders and also the manager who I think is named Tomaslav, (correct me if I'm wrong, sorry). Who after I had been out on Sunday night after watching the NK Istra match and myself arriving back

Staff is incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond for you.
Air-conditioning is awesome. Bed is super comfortable and showers are great. This place is definitely the place to go if you don't want to worry about your room situations.
It's a bit further away from the city but there's transportation out if needed.

Perfect place for a quite and relaxing stay in Verudela!
Amazing breakfast, good beds, clean bathroom, towel heater (otherwise it can take a while for clothes to dry), a/c, great service and hospitality!
the only negative thing i can recall after my stay is that it's almost impossible to book sunbed by the pool, as all of them are "prebooked" by towels. but beach towel free service makes it work, just take a towel and go to any of the nearest beaches, there is enough shadow from the trees.
great location, Pula city center is just 15-20 min by bus (1.2 eur per ticket).
