Adamo did a great job for us. We have built several custom homes and have done several major remodels in the past. Working with Adamo on our semi-custom home met or exceeded our expectations based on all our prior experiences. If I could give zero stars I would but they force you to give 1 star. We were super excited to build our first home here in Colorado Springs and when we were shopping around we came across Adamo a "small batch" builder and were assured that they would give a better product and better service than the larger competitor builders in the area. MAN DO I WISH WE WENT WITH ANY ONE OF THE OTHERS BUILDING IN THE FARM. We had issues with plumbing in our first year of the home and their fix was that the high efficiency toilets were to blame. DO NOT USE this builder!!! Absolutely the worst integrity, workmanship, and people we have ever have worked with. We have owned several homes and this was by far the worst experience of our life. Our home has had plumbing issues within the first year. Our basement has now flooded 3 times. around the holidays and during a snow storm. They refuse to fix it, and have pretty much told us to screw off. Wish we would have researched before we built with them. I lived in my house for less than 6 months and began having bad issues with settling. The front door wouldn't close & was repaired multiple times - there were large cracks going up from the corner of the door and the front window that were at least 1/3" wide and 18" long. Also, there were cracks in the wall in the ceiling and in the hallway on the wall; in the basement bathroom, the tile separated around the tub and closet doors wouldn't close properly. My husband and I had a horrible experience with Andrew Summersett. Everything about him was off. Terrible customer service. You can tell his ego is out of control. We are going to use a different builder and I feel so grateful because I feel like we dodged a bullet. Hopefully others will read this and steer clear of Andrew and this terrible experience will be avoided by anyone else looking to find a new home.

My wife and I built a custom home in the Fox Hill Development SE of Parker with Adamo Homes. We have been in our Adamo custom built home for just over two months now. We can state without any reservation that our home in this development is heads and shoulder above any of the other builders in the development with regard to build supervision, quality of construction, communication with us the home owners, quality of their sub contractors and openness with working with a budget and sticking to it.

Beware-- this is not a company you want to do business with. They do not adequately oversee their subs so there is not much of quality to be found in their homes. Further, they don't follow the rules (HOA or city) and are always looking for corners to cut. They don't clean up their work sites, leaving construction debris and garbage all over the neighborhood. Their landscaping is comically bad given the price point of the homes. Perhaps their biggest fault, however, is that they have no integrity. Quite simply, they lie. Biggest mistake of my life was ever trusting the people at Adamo to build my family home. This was intended to be our 20 year home but instead it was found to be so poorly done that we had it on the market 8 months after moving in. There are not enough derogatory terms in my vocabulary to express the disdain I have for this company. I've built two previous new homes in the past both of which turned out great, Adamo has in my experience, proved to be not only the worst, most incompetent builder I have ever encountered but the most unethical business owners I have ever done business with.
