If I had written this review a year ago it would have been a 5 star review. They were hands down the best pool company we have ever had. Until last month.
My pool started turning green in September and we've been trying to get them to come out and take care of our pool. I suspect they haven't been servicing it for quite some time because the leave baskets are always full. My husband has been continually texting them and asked them what they were going to do about our pool being green. They came out once and tried to work on it, but it was still green. Lawrence and his team have cleaned and managed our pool for the last 5 years (at least). They've always been quick to answer questions and provide solutions whether it's an algae invasion or an equipment pad that is cracked and needs to be re-poured. They're amazing!

Lawrence and Robin are top notch. They are very reliable and show up when they say. They are very knowledgeable on pool maintenance, care, and repair.
They did an awesome job blasting away years of calcium buildup from my tiles. After two hours of work my tiles look new! Like they were just installed.

I used R & R for some equipment repair and pool maintenance. I had them fix a leak that another pool company fixed 7 months ago that was leaking again. This time it was done correctly. They did what they said they were going to do and there were no surprises. I would definitely use R & R again and refer them to family and friends.

So happy that we finally switched to R & R Pool Care a little over a year ago. They had been servicing a neighbor's pool and we just could not maintain ours after several failed attempts to hire a service. They are always professional, keep us apprised of what may become an issue in the long run, incredibly reliable and our pool has never looked better! We even recommended them to a family member who is now using them as well. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and purchased a house with a 13 year old pool that was in need of tile restoration/cleaning. Lawrence and his team did an outstanding job cleaning our pool tile. He even went out of his way to repair a loose tile on our water fall edge that I didn't know was an issue. Very professional company that gives you their honest opinion with no pressure. I'am an absentee landlord I live about a hundred and twenty-five miles away from my rental property. R&R swimming pools LLC have been taking care of my pool for about 5 1/2 years approximately. They always do such a great job and I never have to worry about my pool going bad because as you know tenants never take good care of a pool. R&R Pool Care make sure all the gates are locked and everything is secure I never have to worry about them. I highly recommend them.

R&R Pool Carr is amazing! Larry and Robin do an amazing job taking care of my pool. Their professionalism and knowledge is beyond compare. They take the time to explain everything and educate you properly about your pool. They take the time to educate you and not talk down to you like many other companies around town. When you hire R&R you don’t get a random different person every week in your yard. You get Larry and Robin and years of experience. I have recommended R&R to family and friends! I will not let anyone else touch my pool. Class act all the way!

These guys are magicians. My pool is about 15 years old.I don't know if whomever owned this place before had ever had the pool deeply cleaned; however i seriously doubt it. I opted for a remodel: new Pebbletec, equipment, etc. I couldn't however justify spending several thousand dollars for tile that was still intact. The tile was encrusted in calcium and who knows what else. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in years. I called Larry on a recommendation from my pool guy.
