I initially contacted Nu View the first week of February regarding a new pool build and a girl took my info but over a week went by and I never heard back so I contacted them again. More time went by until I finally heard from a gentleman at the end of February who was friendly and helpful and said they had been busy/in high demand so it would be the first week of March before I’d hear from a designer. It’s now mid-March with the time to swim season ticking away and after having my husband contact them again last week and leave a vm with no response we will be going in another direction for

We had a great experience with Shawn and Austin at NuView and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to put in a pool or a backyard remodel. Shawn was absolutely wonderful from the start of the process to the end. The backyard before NuView did not have a pool and was incredibly cluttered with a pergola, hot tub, built in grill, outdoor shower, and fire pit. I had shopped around a bunch of pool builders in the valley and they were pushed out for months plus they were way more expensive than I had anticipated. My neighbor used to build pools and recommended Austin at NuView to put in our first pool at our new house. We had a pretty small backyard and had no idea what design would work or what would look good while keeping some green and areas to play. From start to finish NuView was amazing to work with. We began by requesting a design to remodel our backyard and pool. Nohi Montgomery is a talented designer. He is comfortable and casual, but always so professional and this resulted in great rapport, and of course, a beautiful back yard! His computer rendering and the final result were incredibly close. We recently used NuView to install our backyard on our new-build home and have been so pleased with our experience. We did a pool and landscape work with them and have been so happy with their workmanship and professionalism. After getting bids from 4 other pool/landscape companies - we chose NuView because we liked their design and felt that their quote was detailed and itemized in such a way that we were able to see what we were paying for. With many of the other companies it just wasn't broken out in such detail and we really appreciated that level of breakdown from NuView.

We divided our pool building project in to 2 phases. NuView has completed phase 1 so far and once we have the money saved up for phase 2 they will get the call for that project as well. They did an absolutely outstanding job with our entire backyard and their professionalism has been second to none. They worked with us every step of the way on this, being our first pool project. And when we couldn't figure out what to do with certain portions of the yard our designer, Nohi was quick with smart ideas we would have never thought of on our own. From the moment we started this project with NuView, we knew it was going to be a great experience. Prior to talking with NuView, we had a few other pool companies come out to our house and give us quotes on building what we wanted, but they never even bothered to follow up to see if we were still interested, after they left.
