I would stay away from this company. FAR FAR AWAY. I met with Rollin today. After speaking to him for a bit, I called my husband on speaker so that his specific questions, dimensions and orientation of the pool could be addressed.
He works and I am always the one that deals with all contractors that are doing any and all work to our home. Other than the basic questions, my husband wants me to put in or do whatever I want to our house. He doesn’t really care about this stuff. It always comes back to me making the decisions because I am the one that decorates and design the home.

I would like to give a zero. I have called them, emailed them, left messages for someone to contact me for our last new build. No one called and it has been 1.5 years. Now I thought I would try them again. Again, no call back for a new build. It has been 3 weeks. I guess they do not need the business.

Nautica Pools did a terrific job with out pool. They were responsive, timely, and professional. They were patient with questions in what can be a complicated process and were mindful of our pocket book. Very responsive to questions even after the job was finished. Would recommend them without reservation.

Had Chris come out to our house to give us a quote on a new pool build. We told him our budget, he sais it wouldn't be a problem. His quote came back almost $6,000 over budget. When we questioned him about it he was very confused. They even have an special package for $20,000 less then his quote. What we were askibg for was not anything fancy. We asked him to compare the quote he sent us and the webpage special they have on their website. He said he would have it to us in an hour, a week later sends us amother quote with a message that he took things out of the original quote. Huh

Roland and Chris just completed an awesome renovation of our pool, equipment and deck. Couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out.
They also gave me ideas and suggestions to make the pool area really
look nice. The travertine tile Chris recommended looks amazing, and
the craftsmanship and attention to detail could not be any better.
It is obvious to me that they both take a lot of pride in their work, and

Nautica pools recently built our pool plus our landscaping at our new house. They did a tremendous job! Rollin and Chris both knew what we were looking for and they were able to give us ideas to maximize our space. The pool and the backyard both look great! Nautica Pools was easy to work with. I let Rollin know my vision and what I wanted. He was able to produce a pool exactly what our family wanted and needed. We have had a ton of complements when our friends and family come over to enjoy it with us. It is a little of Hawaii in my back yard and I love it!
