I offer a reasonable rate to maintain the pool and cover the cost of the basic chemicals through out the year. Some pool service companies quote prices that are very attractive, but do not include any chemicals. My pricing includes all the chemicals required to maintain the water and keep it looking clear.

Arizona Legislature recently passed Title 44 and included it into the Appliance and Equipment Energy-Efficiency Standards of the Arizona Revised Statutes. Came to my home weekly and as we discovered, never cleaned out the baskets nor did he turn on the pump to make sure it was working properly. He claims I’m blaming him for the pump malfunctioning.. not the case. Problem is, he wasn’t aware that it was not working properly because he didn’t test it while he was at the house. Asked for a refund of my money and his response is “Don’t contact me again”.
My 7 year old grandson could put a brush in the pool and scrub the sides which is all Jason does.

Fired Jason this morning. He has been servicing my pool and I don't think he has ever empied the baskets of debris or back washed the system. Pump gave out several months ago and I called my home warranty to come out and repair. I believe Jason was mad because I didn't have him repair it. He claims the pump was not up to code so I don't think he ever turned it on in his weekly visits to make sure it was running and cleaning properly. My son always checked the baskets and emptied them because they were never clean. WE had to back wash the system because the pool sweep was running

In the middle of telling Jason the issues, I could tell he was analyzing what the problem could be. He let me finish what I had to say and soon after, he says I'm sure I got the fix with a smirk.
Just under an hour of replumbing, doing something with a filter and adjusting the settings inside the box. The horrible sound that I was hearing before was gone, the water feature that hadn't worked in a long time, started working again.
Highly recommend his expertise and business. His pricing was justified with super high quality and rapid same-day fix. Really wasn't that expensive.

We moved from NY to AZ into a house with a pool. Having had no experience with pools we hired the company the previous owners recommended. It was not a great experience with them. A friend then told us about Jason and we called to set up a time for him to come out and look at our pool.
He came out to meet with us at exactly the time he said he would be there. Inspected all the equipment and explained their function as well as pool chemistry.

If I could give no stars I would. He has no integrity in his work. He replaced ONE item and then other items systematically broke after. He charged us top dollar on work he was clueless on how to complete or he broke while "fixing" something else. He first told us he was training someone when repairing a broke piece then he back peddled and informed us he brought in an expert to fix our issue. I am not as impressed as the others with Jason the Pool Guy. I was looking for a one time clean up due to storms in the area and lack of time to properly service it. He never really pin pointed a time to come gave a generalization. He came at a time that I was not home. Although he DID do what I was asking in cleaning the pool up, I did not receive a quote ahead of time, which I would have preferred. Jason is an honest and reliable, he is extremely thorough and diligent is in ensuring our pool is clean and sanitized. Whenever there is an issue with the cleaner or other parts he presents us with written options to repair and does not do the work without our consent.

First time home/pool buyer in the PHX area and needed to he get a pool person out to inspect pool equipment and pumps before closing. It was a Friday and called multiple vendors but they all said it would have to wait till Monday. We were given Jason's info from another vendor and gave him a call. He came out on Sat his "off" day and did a great inspection of the pool/equip and pumps. Was very knowledgable and willing to answer any questions we had regarding pull maintenance and working the pump equipment. He charges $80 per hour but most work can be completed in that time frame

Last year we purchase a house with pooI, looking for someone that help us with the maintenance of the pool and after searching on yelp and see the truck close to my house, so we decide to give him a try.
My husband is an engineers and constantly he was looking after the work to learn about the pool and the work he was doing
He start good first 2 days then he constantly change the date of the services and then start asking to replace some parts every time was about $100-$200 more to replace some part.

Jason takes pride in what he does and it shows. He's responsible and knows his trade. If there's a problem with the pool he looks at every possibility and is not in it just to take your money but to help you.
I really like the fact that he's the owner and does the jobs as well. I have bad experiences with other companies where I call and speak with whomever, not the actual person (or persons) that maintained the pool.
Bottom line, if you're looking for someone that knows what he's doing, is responsible, reliable and fairly priced, Jason is the guy.

I had Jason help me with my pool filter in Mesa AZ. He was so knowledgable that I want to introduce him to all my friends. I now live in CA. My husband phoned Jason about our problem. Jason is the third pool technician I've had in the past three years, in an effort to address our system and Baracuda cleaner which has never performed at optimum levels. Jason did a thorough diagnostics of our pool, system, and cleaner and provided us with a solution that was permanent and cost effective.
