My new go-to pool expert! I posted a question on a local Facebook pool group and Shawn answered without even mentioning his business. In looking around at other online groups, I noticed that he was the owner of a pool business. I checked reviews everywhere and everyone loved his friendliness and expertise. We had a broken pump and needed it replaced quickly in the Phoenix heat. Shawn came over to look at our 17 year old pool equipment that was beginning to fail, and gave us a written estimate that day. The price was very reasonable and in 2 days the replacement work began. We now have a new energy efficient system. I am very happy with the work and performance. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He even registered the equipment for us. When we first moved into a house with a pool we were not sure where to start. Shawn with the perfect splash came and gave us "pool school" to teach us the basics and as time has gone on and we needed different services he was able to come and help us and teach us and has gone above and beyond answering questions and checking up on us during our pool troubles. They have always been reasonably priced and I would recommend them for regular maintenance or any type of pool trouble you can't handle on your own.

The Perfect Splash was excellent! Needed a new pool pump. Shawn spent considerable time providing me info prior to me being his customer. Installed at a reasonable price based on other estimates. Install was timely and service was excellent. Even set me up with Pentair to update my power control at no cost. Full service with added value.
