Frank and his team did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. They worked with us to add a shower in a bathroom that didn’t have one. Their quality of work is as good as it gets and the cost was the most competitive bid I received. We’ve done two bathroom remodels with Frank over the past 4 years as well had him replace carpeting in our second floor. I’ve referred Frank to friends when looking for a contractor and highly recommend contacting him if you need work done.

Frank, Ben and their team (William and Wilme (sp?))were great to work with. Was able to open up the wall between my family room and kitchen to create that open floor plan feel. William and Wilme did the work and did a solid job every step of way (including cleaning, vacuuming, and hauling the drywall and wood out and bagging it). Highly recommend their services. Price was fair and solid craftsmanship.

From the moment we started working with Frank from Royal Remodeling, we knew we were in good hands. I found Royal Remodeling on a whim by googling "Naperville contractors". I saw his 5 star ratings, so I went to the website to check out more of their work. After seeing some of their before and afters, I decided to put in an inquiry on the website. Frank was extremely responsive right after I put in an inquiry. We hopped on a phone call and discussed all of the details of our project. He came and did a total walk through of the house with us. Frank recently worked on a remodeling project in my newly-purchased house. The kitchen, when purchased, had never been updated and Frank was willing to take on this massive project. Frank and his team did a great job with all of the updates: demo, install of new cabinets, install of new farmhouse kitchen sink, new granite countertops, install of backsplash. I am very picky and Frank did a great job in ensuring that everything I pointed out was taken care of - I’m thankful for his precision and patience. Royal Contractors & Remodeling were fantastic! We have a 9-year-old daughter with physical special needs, and needed to expand our first floor bathroom to fit a dresser/changing space to lie her on to assist with toileting (and provide privacy). Royal knocked down the wall between our bathroom and front hall closet to make room, installed a pocket door for more space, built a new coat closet in the front hall on the opposite wall, and put a new front entrance door in place to swing open the other way. We are SO happy with the results, professionalism & respect, and dedication of their worker team

My wife and I just had a huge remodeling job completed by Frank and Manuel about a year ago. They completely transformed the kitchen in my home!
