Welcome to Sebring Design Build, Chicago's Western Suburbs high quality home design and renovations company. We have a personal designer on staff to hold your hand through the entire remodeling process and help you select cabinets, tile, paint colors, etc. so that your home project has those special touches that make it look like it should be featured in a magazine.
Although we provide many additional services to our current clients as add-ons to our larger remodeling projects. Generally we do not provide these same services separately. These include small projects that a handyman would likely do, or a tradesman would take on. YES WE DO: Provide services for a full kitchen remodel PLUS the hardwood flooring throughout the entire first floor.

Sebring Design Build finished our basement, completely remodeled an investment property for us, and at the end of 2019 updated our kitchen. On every project the Sebring team has been organized and professional from start to finish. Communication throughout every project was very good, and the tradesmen were always helpful and courteous. We worked with Sebring Design Build 1 year ago for a bathroom remodel. I can not speak highly enough about their professionalism and quality work. We had a tiny shower next to a big tub we didn’t use in our master bathroom. Sebring converted the tub space into a big beautiful walk-in shower and custom built shelves where the old shower was. It really opened up the room and my only regret is not doing this project 5 years ago when I moved in. It only took the Sebring team 4 weeks to complete the job. We used Sebring 12 years ago to finish our basement and were very happy with the service, design and final product. When we decided to remodel our master bathroom we again decided to use Sebring. Bryan and his team made the process very easy. We did not have time to run all over Naperville looking at tile, fixtures, finishes etc. and so needed "one stop" shopping and design assistance. At Sebring Services was great to work with, from the owner, to the designer, to the project manager. We carefully worked together to plan the design of my new master bathroom to make sure it would be wheelchair accessible, which included many tweaks with measurements. During the construction phase, the rest of the house was kept clean with runners on the floor. Challenges during the process were addressed with professionalism and good advice. The project manager was very responsive to questions throughout. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail.

They did an excellent job. The cost came in exactly as estimated. The crews were very efficient. They laid down plastic sheets wherever they might walk to protect the carpet and the hardwood floors.
The workmanship was top notch and the various crews were well coordinated. The crews cleaned up every afternoon before going home. The contract coordinator (Justin) kept on top of things and made sure that any changes were implemented as soon as possible.
I would definitely recommend them for all remodeling needs.

We love our beautiful new kitchen and open floor plan. What a huge improvement it has made to our home! Bryan is a very good friend of ours - which almost made me reticent to enter into a business relationship. I shouldn't have worried!
Our basement presented some unique challenges, as the existing ductwork and plumbing dropped below the trusses, and the ceiling was going to require several soffits of varying heights.
Bryan suggested that we could re-route the primary drain for our entire house by a few feet, which would allow us to move forward with only one soffit - and maximize the ceiling height in the primary living space.
This was a very minor investment - which most contractors wouldn

I have nothing but good things to say about Sebring Services. My wife and I recently had them demo a partially finished basement, put in a full bathroom, and then finish 800 sq. ft. of total space. They did an on budget, on time, and very high quality job.
The owner Bryan was very friendly and very patient in answering any questions we had in the lead up to the job. The quote we received was not the lowest but it by far the most comprehensive, detailed, and was a worst case scenario so that we would not have any financial surprises. We decided this past Spring to go ahead and pull the trigger on refinishing our basement. The project consisted of building out a 'living room', gym, bedroom, 3/4 bathroom, butler pantry, and storage closet. When looking for a contractor to work with, I went through a very thorough selection process, getting quotes from 5 supposedly highly rated contractors. Of all the companies I dealt with, Bryan from Sebring construction was the most professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. I probably asked him 50 questions over email before committing to going with Sebring Construction

I need to take a moment to give Sebring Services some public recognition. I am the owner of a local service company and I'm extremely careful and picky about what contractors we refer to our customers. A few years ago I went to lunch with the owner of Sebring and he was able to convince me to put our faith in them and refer them.
