We carry many of the parts on our service vehicle to make the necessary repairs the same day. We stand behind our repairs with a 90 day parts and labor written warranty.
If we have to come back under the warranty there is no charge to the customer but it doesn't stop there. We promise to correctly diagnose the problem the first time. From the tried and true basic top freezer and side by side models to the multi door high tech models of today we are the go to team for a quick response professional repair. We offer ice maker repair services for all home refrigerators as well as service on "stand alone" ice maker units. Same quality attention to detail and long lasting factory replacement parts as with our refrigerator repairs.
Does your LG or Kenmore Elite refrigerator sound and act perfectly normal but is not freezing food or ice cream properly? Is the refrigerator cabinet cooling very little or not at all? This could be a problem with the factory installed Linear type compressors. We are currently working with LG USA to help facilitate the repair of LG refrigerators using the latest generation of newly engineered and improved linear compressors.

-Came out to a service request rather quickly -Diagnosed our issue and replaced our compressor with craftsmanship, were courteous, and very knowledgeable -Came back out when a separate line malfunctioned -Rediagnosed and stated that any other repair would be beyond a solution -Actually refunded us our money since their work did not solve the issue, to NO fault of their own
