My refrigerator had a Freon leak and thus was not cooling to the proper temperature. We have a home warranty but the technicians they sent out couldn't fix the issue and they weren't able to find anyone who could in their network. So they gave me the chance to find my own company and be reimbursed for the expenditure.
I reached out to Elk Appliance Repair, they were able to come out two days later and their technician Andy fixed it in a matter of minutes. Refrigerator is working like a champ now. They communicated with me super well and I really appreciated then giving me everything

Our clothes dryer has been giving us problems for months and was even misdiagnosed by another company weeks ago. Elk came quickly, correctly diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and had it completely repaired and working like new within just a couple of days. I was in need of a repair to the freezer door on my fridge. Tyler was quick to respond and kept in touch with us to let us know he was gettin gthe part. Once the part arrived he was out to our house and fixed the problem in minutes. He even took care of another issue he noticed on the fridge at no charge. Our dishwasher had been giving us problems and I had trouble finding a repair service that was willing to come out anytime other that M-F 8-5. Unfortunately for those of us with jobs, that simply doesn't work too well.
So I find Elk and give them a call on a Saturday morning expecting to get their voicemail. Tyler answered the phone, listened to the issue, and was at the house 3 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, was back out on Wednesday AT 6 O'CLOCK and got us squared away. I can't say enough about how good this company is. I'll be calling Tyler

I went on line early this morning searching for an appliance repairman. Elk Appliance came up on the top of my search. So I filled out the information and Tyler called me early this morning and came out this afternoon. Now my drier is drying and I can get back to normal.
