We’ve been dealing with a leaking water at the refrigerator door for 6 months...we’ve changed both filters, changed the line and the faucets..still dripped/ran...finally called a fridge repair guy. Ben’s Appliance repair..yay! Ben did it! He came out the day we called him last week, ordered a part and was back Friday and fixed it! Great job Ben!

Ben showed up within the window he had promised, repaired our dryer, replaced parts, took it apart and put it back together with no problems.
He was courteous and respectful, will definitely call him the next time we need something repaired! Very reasonably priced.

Very happy with the service. He went over the problem and show us how to used the equipment properly. I forgot to tell him about another problem and when I called Back and explained the problem he show up at my house again and once again solve the problem. Very friendly and smart person to have a conversation while your appliances got fixed.

Ben did an awesome job! We actually talked before he came and he had the parts that he thought it would need with him. The job was a little bigger than he planned having to take the entire back of the freezer out to replace the heater, but he completed the job and it has worked ever since. He was also very reasonable on price. Highly Recommend

I haven’t actually used Ben’s Appliance, but me and my 6 year old daughter were driving to get our one meal for the day, and as i in a left turn lane, he was riding the back of my car so close i couldn’t see the license play, i don’t know if that says anything about the business, but i would not let him near my appliances...
