I’ve used Athens for 2 separate moves now and am just as happy with them as I was the first time. They’re affordable, responsive, friendly and always show up on time. We used Athens Moving Experts for our recent move after researching many companies and reading all the excellent reviews about Athens. Rich, Yoseph, Phil, Jalen, and Xavier were awesome. They showed up on time, did a walk through of the house to figure out their game plan, wrapped all the furniture, and packed everything into the trucks… efficiently. After using a different big-name moving company for our last move and ending up with broken and scratched furniture (none of the furniture was wrapped by that company), and dented/scratched walls, it was like night and day using Athens this

Moving can be stressful, however Khalil, Shawn and Cam made it stress free for us. These three men were so professional, polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. Great communication, was easy to get an estimate and set up appointment, and even changing my moving date was simple and not a problem. The movers themselves (Jalen, John, and Phillip) were very easy to work with. Friendly, helpful, and professional. They had a challenge fitting an oversized item through the doorway and solved it quickly. The whole move went smoothly and faster than I had anticipated and the costs were reasonable. Great value, would recommend.

Fantastic from beginning to end. Easy scheduling, followed up to make sure they had correct inventory prior to the move, and the move itself was seamless. Phil, John and James were professional, friendly and FAST. I had quite a few antiques and they took great care with all of my items. Final bill was almost exactly what I was quoted. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Athens Moving Experts. I had already signed up with another company that I had found online when my husband urged me to contact Athens. He said they offered better rates and had better reviews than other moving companies in our area. Both of those things are true, and Athens lived up to their good reviews. We were having our hardwood floors refinished and needed the furniture moved to different areas of the house. Phil and John were awesome. They called to let us know when they would arrive. They were very professional and courteous and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done, Very detail oriented and took great care not to damage anything, especially moving the refrigerator which barely fit through the front door on the way out to the garage.

We had Pharaoh, Kevan, Big Chief, and Josef help us with our move yesterday and they were the absolute best. Extremely nice, caring, and fast. We’ve never seen movers go this fast! But still with a ton of care put into each box moved and each piece of furniture. I recommend Athens to anyone moving in the Triangle. They were excellent in every way and if you can request the four guys who helped us, do so! They were awesome.
