From the perspective of working in trades for 9 years; seeing both sides, as customer and hired worker, Sandman is a very professional and underrated wood floor restorer. Always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I've seen they're projects turn rooms, hallways, and whole houses into new. And for the price of what it can do to your home, you can't beat it. Would definitely recommend for small projects or big.

Scott and his team brought 100 yr old painted pine flooring back to life and replaced water damaged floors! Knowledgeable about the wood, advised on finish options, maintenance do’s and dont’s, showed up on time and delivered at a great value.
This was a smaller project and he was able to fit us in quickly which we appreciated. Looking forward to the next project with Sandman.

I am a repeat customer of Scott and am very satisfied with his attention to detail. I know when I have a project he won't nickel and dime me and will give me a fair price and that goes a long way with me. He has been my go to for years and will continue to be for as long as he is around because I believe you take care of the ones who take care of you and he has never failed me even when I provided him some rough deadlines. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable on hardwood refinishing. My floors look excellent and he was able to match the floor stain in the bedrooms to the rest of the house perfectly. He was on top of the dust, cleaning up throughout the job. And all for a great price. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs their floors refinished

I am so proud of my new living Room and dining Room wood floors. Scott did an exceptional job with his team. Scott and his team Strive to make the job perfect . From the moment they walked in and started to lay the flooring to sanding it down to applying the stain and the final coat, I could see a pride that they take in their work. They were very Considerate in making sure the other parts of my home we're not getting covered in dust. They worked very efficiently and clean. The end product was absolutely perfect.
