Services
RIO-COAT EMP is a high solids epoxy coating that can be used on multiple surfaces. This resilient high-gloss surface is easy to clean and provides protection against wear and abrasions. Can be applied clear or pigmented. Primer for Sand Filled Re-Surfacer and Liquids for the Sand Filled Re-Surfacer (typically filled 7.5:1 with silica sand).
RIO-CLAD EPT is a three-component filled, 100% solids epoxy system for resurfacing eroded interior concrete floors. Topcoats (RIOCOAT EMP, RIOCOAT EPT and RIOCOAT UHW) are two-component, 100% solids epoxies for sealing the overlay. Applications include repairing large eroded areas such as main traffic aisles, loading docks and other spaces subject to heavy traffic and abuse.
RIO-CRETE IF (IRON FILLED) is a Heavy-Duty metal aggregate flooring system typically installed at 3/8" - 1/2" in thickness. RIO-CRETE IF is extremely tough and withstands thermal shock, impact, abrasion and chemical exposure. RIO-CRETE IF floors are extremely tough and have any physical properties that exceed those of typical concrete.
RIOCOAT UHW is a high solids moisture cured urethane coating. It can be applied clear or pigmented with no filler leaving a high gloss smooth or satin finish, glass beads can be added to provide non-slip, better abrasion resistance with high gloss or aluminum oxide can be added to provide the highest abrasion resistance.
RIO FLOORING SYSTEMS offer grow facilities their own system when it comes to flooring. Our unique epoxies tolerate moisture and stand up to a broad range of chemicals, fertilizer, and extreme pH substances. Our flooring systems also eliminate the cracks and crevices which hold bacteria and microbes that are harmful to cannabis plants.
