We cannot recommend these people highly enough! They were responsive, efficient and very reasonably priced. They got the job done quickly and very well. We had three VERY large trees above power lines removed and they were so careful and good about it. Definitely would use them again and recommend to anyone!

If I could give Timberline Tree & Landscape more than a 5-star rating, I would. The owner, Sam, and his workers were extremely professional and top notch in every way. Not only did Sam deliver on everything that was promised, he also went above and beyond to make sure that we were fully satisfied. After his crew did a really nice, clean job in removing two of our trees, we realized that a small shrub that was left behind looked completely out of place and needed to be removed as well. Since Sam still needed to send another crew to grind the tree stumps, we inquired about removal of the shrub at

They were amazing. They took down a massive Silver Maple in my backyard. The base of the tree was 8 ft wide. They used a crane to lift huge pieces of the tree out of a small area. Our home is now safe. Thank you Timberline for an amazing job.

First time review of any sort, so you know the experience was either great or horrible... it was definitely GREAT. John gave a good price and the 5-man crew handled everything perfectly: protected my lawn, worked quickly, took down 12 trees and grinded 16 stumps on point, and removed absolutely everything in sight in just 4 hours total. All within a tricky location as well. If you're looking for tree service in NJ/NY, definitely call these guys... 5 stars.

By far the best tree removal company that we have used. (We have used many in the past). We had a fallen tree that needed to be removed from our yard in addition to four very large trees. We met with Sam. He gave us an estimate the same day we called and arranged for all the the work to be done within the week. His price was very good for the amount of work that needed to be done. His crew showed up on time and removed all of the trees in one day. His crew took extra care not to inconvenience my neighbors and keep things extra clean. Sam’s crew was very friendly, exceptionally clean and respectful

Timberline showed up within two hours of our contacting them and provided an estimate on the spot. They returned two days later to safely and carefully removed enormous trees on our property and completed the job with great skill and professionalism. I would recommend Timberline without hesitation.

Timberline trimmed 2 old oak trees for me in a very tight space (trimmed deadwood over structures, large limbs and small). They worked through both neighbors' yards in a cherry picker, one side was lawn access, the other just the driveway. Both neighbors agreed to allow access.
The price was fair, the process easy, the entire team professional. Seamless experience.
The neighbor whose lower lawn was used was a foreman for the highway department before he retired. Not 10 mins. into the job he says to me, "these guys are hard workers!" Brownie points from Steve (not easy to do

One of the best companies I dealt with so far. Ben and his team were great and provided excellent service. After the job was done, job site was clean and without any damages to property.
