Tim and Chris and the whole team at Mahwah Tree are great to work with. They removed four huge old half dead trees from my yard that were in a very difficult spot and close to my house and the neighbors house. They have the equipment and the experience to do this kind of work. They made it look easy but it was definitely not. They did the job very carefully so that there was no damage to my yard or house or the next door neighbors. I had to wait a while to get them here but it was worth it. I highly recommend Mahwah Tree for any tree trimming or removal needs.

I highly recommend Mahwah Tree Corporation!! Chris was such a pleasure, most responsive and showed he cared. Office assistants were also very responsive. From the time I called, Chris quickly made all necessary arrangements for this particular tree removal near electrical lines. He kept me informed, showed up on time with his crew who all worked safely, efficiently, and left the grounds very clean! They took on a job other contractors didn't want, and I am so grateful for the great job they did!

I’ve been using Mahwah Tree Company for years. They are responsive, careful, professional and above all wonderful to deal with. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. We live in an older neighborhood with many large trees. Tim and his crew keep them healthy with deep root feeding and deadwood pruning, always cutting just the right amount - no more than necessary. They take great care to make sure that limbs which could cause damage to your home or property are removed for safety. I recommend Tim and Mahwah Tree Company without a single reservation.

Outstanding! Their work and their service is just absolutely the best! We have had other tree work done by other businesses before and now we will not need to shop around ever again. The only problem with writing a glowing review is that I fear they will get so in demand we won't be able to contract with them if we need them again. Great guys. Honest, reliable, good work, fair prices - there is nothing not to like about them.

I was in the process of selling my mom's house when hurricane isaias blew through NJ. A very large limb fell due to the storm and left the rest of a very large beech tree still standing. It didn't look pretty but was still standing. Unfortunately because of the storm every tree service was backlogged . I called Chris and explained my mom's recent passing and the house closing was in two weeks. He very kindly went to the house and called me with the price which was so reasonable . Highly recommend Mahwah Tree! Actually, they were recommended to us by another tree service guy who came out to give us estimate and swore me to secrecy. They were professional, thorough and very responsive. We had one particular tree so ensnared in multiple wires between my house and neighbors and they expertly removed it with ease. Oh yeah...and very reasonably priced!

If I could give negative stars, I would (please note I have never taken the time to write a review before). I received very poor service and worse attitude from the owner/president of Mahwah Tree. He was condescending and disrespectful and said he "didn't have time for me" when I called to discuss my concern. I would expect better service from a previously loyal customer who referred a lot of business to them. Very disappointing!!!

This deserves more than 5 stars! This is my first review for a business ever and I was compelled to write one. Everything from the service, to the professionalism, to the final output was just outstanding. Chris is very knowledgeable, his team is hard working and went above and beyond expectations. He took great care of the property while doing the work and I really felt like what he did for me, he did it as if it were his own home. I wish more companies were Mahwah Tree Corp. This is a prime example of what any company should be like. Excellent service and people! I wholeheartedly recommend them

Didn't give them a easy job. Multiple trees hanging over fences, grinding 12 stumps, not easily accessible, and trees right next to neighbors fence. Made trimmed trees look natural, cleaned up after themselves. Quick turn around from start to finish, about 3 weeks, which is half of my past experiences with other companies. All and all A++. Oh by the way, they were also pleasant, and accommodating to my weird schedule.

This company was cutting my neighbours' trees and upon leaving backed their equipment and truck over my lawn, over the bricks bordering my driveway in order to turn around and leave. the driver then drove out and backed over the lawn and bricks one more time and i had to go running out and yell at him to stop.
and i was thinking of using them to cut down my trees, but not now!

It doesn't get any better than Mahwah Tree Corp. They handle annual maintenance of some of of bushes and trees to ward off scale and mites. We recently had them remove several trees on our property. We had some issues with damage to the roof (falling branches - no one's fault) and Tim made sure that everything was properly repaired and followed up every day to touch base and keep track of the progress. I can't say enough about this team, the quality of their work, and especially honesty and integrity.

My family has now used the exceptional service provided by Mahwah tree for the third time. I was prompted to to write this review due to the fact that my mother who is elderly and lives alone recently needed emergency tree removal after a snowstorm. Mahwah tree service had previously done work for my parents as well as myself and when I called them after business hours my call was returned at 0730 the next day, not only did Chris one of the co-owners remember me from 5 years earlier he remembered my father as well. Chris made a appointment and was at the house the same day !! Professional, polite
