I've used Zerorez twice now. The quality of their work is fine. HOWEVER, I was very surprised by two situations that occurred today. Upon delivery of our area rug, I was informed that there was a $30 "delivery fee". I was never offered the option of picking up my rug. Also, the delivery came at 9:00 AM instead of during the prearranged 1:00 PM time. When I called the office to register my concerns and ask for a refund, I was told that the delivery company likes to come in the mornings, and Zerorez was not going to refund the delivery fee. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and finding

The individual who cleaned our carpets did a very good job. While i like your product from a technical standpoint, it is useless if not applied correctly. Or one has a agent who does not care about what they are doing. This guy was kind and through in what he did. I would recommend both him and your company to others.

I called Zerorez on Wednesday wanting to get three carpets cleaned as soon as possible. The scheduled the job for Thursday from noon to four. On Thursday, Thomas, the head tech called around 11:15 am to see if he and his helper could come early. Of course, I said yes. Long story short, they did a great job and were done much earlier than we had expected. This is the second time that Thomas has cleaned our carpets and I am impressed. Very courteous and efficient. Will be use Zerorez again when I need carpet cleaning and you should too.

The best customer service. Our Tech (Ryan) was super patient with my youngest boy that must know everything about anything anyone is doing which we love but the tech indulged him wonderfully. And all the leave is clean. I will be a repeat customer for years to come. Great company. I hope they’re able to broaden their footprint. Thank you Ryan.

Andy was beyond professional. He worked miracles with carpeting that had not been cleaned since before the pandemic. He was courteous, asked all the right questions, and really did a beautiful job. Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning our couches and carpet. The gentleman that we worked with was on time, courteous and provided the best cleaning we have ever received on our couches and carpet in a very short amount of time. This company is simply the BEST. We’ve used other competitors and no one does a better job. We’ve used them to clean carpets, showers and tile. Each job was done perfectly. Plus, Thomas, our most recent technician, was incredibly personable and friendly. We really appreciated him going above and beyond. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent experience! Our rooms smell fresh and clean… not in a soapy fake way but in a fresh spring day kinda way!! Carpets dried quickly (we did run a dehumidifier in each room after the cleaning). The tech was friendly and did a great job. We will use again!
