I was scheduled for monday between 10- 1 and received a call approximately 8:45am to say they were overbooked and rescheduled for the following day ( Tuesday) at the same time, no one ever came or called. I then called to see what was going on and was given another time 1-3, no call no show again.I called again and the phone just rang. I left a message letting them know how I felt about this situation. Very unprofessional, I lost 2 days of work. I will NEVER consider them again.

We were having plumbing issues and couldn’t figure out where the clog was, preventing anything from draining. After calling 40 different plumbers who were backed up by weeks and months, I decided to try someone out of the area. Eagle Plumbing was able to come to my house within a couple of hours and had the problem fixed the same day for a very reasonable price!

I feel that they ripped me off. When I called them they would not furnish me with a price yet they tell me once their guy gets her he will tell me a price and if I dont agree with it I still have to pay $65 dollars. I told them that doesnt seem fair if their guy gives me an off the wall number I am forced to. Pay for no reason. So their tech gets to my house and as I thought tells me $250 without even knowing what he was gonna be doing. I agree to the crazy price and tell him to proceed with unclogging my toilet. After plugging on it for 10 minutes he tells me I need a new toilet bowl and if I

Their on site tech was great. However, their customer service after payment was nonexistent. They have not responded to multiple calls and emails, and are even ignoring the BBB and the state Attorney General's office. Call them only if you want to be frustrated.will never use again and strongly recommend noone does.took advantage of storm and what they charged.did not fix problem and charged 2000!!

Eagle has been to my house 3 times now with repairs made the first time but couldn't figure out how to communicate with the proper people to send in my permit to be filed. I have tried for 6 MONTHS to reach out about this problem with no reply. Winter is approaching and I can't heat my house because apparently 6 MONTHS isn't enough time to file a permit

I utilized the business twice. Once for a water heater installation. Then a second time to repair a broken water line. The prices were reasonable and within industry compatibility. I was very pleased with Mr. Charles and Eagle Plumbing. They arrived on time and made the repairs quickly and accurately.

I called at 4:30 on a Friday after on to repair a busted water supply pipe. Plumber arrived at 6PM and finished after the sun set. He was very courteous, positive, and professional. I would definitely use them again. Price was very reasonable considering the situation.
