Brian set the appointment, confirmed the appointment the day before, texted when he was on the way. He showed up on time, brought blankets in to keep my floors clean, did a visual inspection inside and outside, then cleaned the chimney and fireplace box. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this company!

Maybe 1 out of 30 contractors is this trustworthy. Brian Toth was honest, straightforward. Communicates. Sends Texts. On time. Answers all questions to satisfaction. Told us how to deal with related issues. Should have used D& R Chimney Sweep to do our chimney initially. Costly error. Well, this visit helps us going forward.

I called other sweeps in the area and everyone was booked out over a month. D&R was able to get me scheduled in a week, which I was slightly concerned about since everyone else was so busy. They seemed knowledgeable over the phone so I decided to have them come out. I felt that the gentleman I talked to over the phone was straight forward and he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They did a thorough job and my wife said the crew was comical to boot. I will use them again when the time comes.
