They kept it straight to the point on the process, and made things look almost like new. Decided it was finally time to upgrade my bathroom, and that's exactly what happened. Dan re-did my master shower grout and vacuumed up the shower pan. The previous owners tried to patch the grout and the work was really shoddy and it was leaking water. Dan came in and did the job right. He removed the old grout, vacuumed the water out of the pan and put in new grout and sealed it.
As a courtesy he also cleaned the tile on the my bathroom floor AND he even came back to patch the grout on the floor (which was not included in the cost). He's a really courteous, responsive and skilled professional. I've owned multiple homes in CA and WA and appreciate great partners

When we decided to place our home on the market we knew we had some issues with our walk in shower and kitchen floor. Dan was very responsive with my quote and his pricing was fair and competitive. My rental had been empty for months because the bathroom caulk and grout were in bad shape. I thought they were just cosmetic issues and I didn't want to bother doing any work but the most essential ones during this pandemic. We had some shower leaking in our house we just bought and several tile guys and plumbers had looked at it she thought we needed to rip out all the time. Dan came and found a way to replace the grout and seal the tile to stop leaking. He was on time, professional and very nice to have around. The tile looks new and no more leaks! Highly recommend.

Dan responded within minutes of me requesting a quote and started walking and educating me through the process and materials that would be used so that no stone was left unturned. When it came to scheduling, he was able to squeeze me into a cancellation he had as I am 38 weeks pregnant and the only other date available was the day after my due date. He was so understanding to squeeze me in sooner and Nick and Adrian did an amazing job on the work. They made my shower look brand new again after it had deteriorating grout, mildew, and loss of caulking. Would highly recommend for them to do any tile

My wife has been wanting to have our tile cleaned and found Dan at Infinity Tile & Grout. The appointment was set within 24 hours of her initial contact and he was willing to come out on a Saturday. He arrived on time and got right to work. Three hours later the tile was clean and just needed an additional hour to dry. It looks like it was just installed! Dan was great to deal with, gave us tips for maintaining the tile and did exactly what he said he would do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and would be more than happy to have him do more work for us in the future.

I asked for a quote from Infinity Tile & Grout to fix some patches of worn grout in my new (to me) condo. Daniel quickly replied, asking for a bit of clarity and some pictures (on a holiday, no less). Our shower's pebble tile floor had a small depression that was collecting water. As new homeowners, we wanted to find a tile & grout expert (instead of a general handyperson), since the wrong repair could end up being even more expensive.

Dan, has worked on a couple jobs for me and has always been great! The work is top notch and he stands behind it. Professional, clean and always shows up when he's says he will.
