We recently completed a master bath remodel with IRC Tile Services. We have worked with a variety of contractors on several remodeling projects and would rank the experience with IRC as one of the best. The longest phase of project was selecting a contractor. All of the contractors we interviewed were extremely busy. We passed on other contractors that : were unwilling to bid on the job, vague on timeline and price estimates, slow in their response time, gave ridiculously high ballpark estimates, or offered unsolicited negative feedback on my design choices. From the start, David and his crew did an excellent job. Firstly, we have had a few major jobs done in our house, including another bathroom remodel, kitchen, and family room remodel. All previous experiences were average at best- it was either poor communication, not showing up on time, missing something or doing something wrong, or in one case, not finishing the job and never coming back after they said they would. After all of this, we have been very leery of hiring contractors for another job. Poor communication and good working ethics seem to be a common problem in this industry. Why is it

David was professional, communicative, and skilled from day 1. I hired IRC for a full kitchen remodel in my condo and could not be happier with the results. Although I had preliminary design drawings from an earlier hire (which helped make the bidding process smoother and more accurate), after starting work, David brought on a designer he frequently works with to shepherd my project through competition. Emanuel and his crew were great - professional, punctual, and most importantly, did beautiful work. We had a room in our basement re-finished after waterproofing, as well as a rickety staircase that led to the basement rebuilt. The job included cement tile, new baseboards and sheetrock, and hardwood floor on the stairs. The guys were able to widen the stairs and add a few inches of headroom, which was a feat of physical magic. I no longer hit my head when carrying a laundry basket up. Woo! I hope to work with Emanuel again on future jobs and will happily recommend IRC.

David remodeled our master bathroom installing porcelain floor, shower and tub deck tile. He provided all electric, plumbing, drywall, and painting services. He was easy to communicate with and completed the project within the estimated time. I was impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend IRC.

Very happy with the service, I didn't expect my kitchen and bathroom to turn out so good. David and his crew went beyond my expectations !! I am a happy wife, I am so happy we called IRC tile services . If anyone is looking to get new tile or remodeling done, I highly recommend David, IRC is great'! We will for sure use them again in the future. They are also very Clean and organized and get things done on time.

We used Davids company IRC Tile Services and were very happy with the way our shower turned out. David gave us a discount on the material and labor. He came out and helped pick out the colors and what material to use. There was some miscommunication and it took longer then we expected but we really like the end results.

I was very impressed with the job completed by David and his team at IRC Tile Services. It was a glass mosaic backsplash. They were easy to schedule, very neat and clean, on time and quick. There were a few tiles in the mosaic that I didn't like and they individually replaced those tiles for me. The tile looks awesome!
