Services
What is this going to cost? Probably the most divisive issue to work out between a buyer and a seller. You are the buyer. Know what you want from me. When you contact me you should know what you want me to do. You don't need to know everything, but you should have some kind of vision of what you want things to look like.
Writing from the prospective of a remodeling professional, who has seen dozens of water damaged showers and the additional damage they inflict on other areas of the house, I highly recommend that you NOT put off a repair of this nature. If you think there's a problem--have it investigated! The longer a leaking shower goes on, the more money its going to cost you to get it fixed.
As part of your remodel you maybe thinking about changing the baseboards, door casing, or the doors too! Maybe adding a new detail like a wainscot in the Dining Room. We offer professional sales and installation of all types of millwork projects. Our installations are done in house with our team of expert finish carpenters.
Mark and his crew have been my in house tile and hardwood contractors since July of 2010. Since that time, they have built at least 30 showers, tiled dozens of floors, and installed 8 whole unit wood floors. They show up on time--they do what they say they will. The work quality is excellent and they are a pleasure to work with.
We love to paint! Nothing refreshes a home like a fresh coat of paint. We have coated thousands of square feet of walls, ceilings, trim, decks and concrete. Many of our clients have enjoyed adding interior painting to the scope of work on their remodel because we make it easy and it just makes sense.

I'm a tile guy's worst nightmare -- detail oriented AND budget sensitive. But having lived through the consequences of three different "budget" tile guys in the past, I finally came to terms with "you get what you paid for". Mark wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive bid, but he did an excellent job for the money. Mark redid our enormous leaking custom shower in slate and glass tile. What I like about Mark:
- Very careful to understand needs, design, materials
- Excellent workmanship, no cut corners, using highest quality thinsets, waterproofing, etc. -- the unsexy stuff that matters
