On July 14, 2021, we had a gorgeous granite tile countertop installed by Skyline Tile and Marble. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish and I highly recommend this company. Each and every employee was wonderful. We were warmly greeted by Justine as we walked in the door and Ben worked with us every step of the way from start to finish. Erik cut the granite to accentuate the beautiful variances in the granite and it was outstanding. I have been working with Skyline for years now, and the GC I work for has been using them even longer. The quality, attention to detail, skill, and customer service are, in my opinion, unsurpassed. To date I have completed three kitchens worth of counters with Skyline as well as a variety of smaller projects. I'm stunned at the one star reviews that have been left as I have always received nothing but the absolute best care from everyone at Skyline, and can't imagine turning anywhere else for my future needs. We have had the worst experience with Skyline Tile and Marble. First they damaged our slab, then after we compromised and accepted the slab (at great cost savings to Skyline) they charged us full price. After we complained about the damaged slab, project delay and increased costs from the contractor to fix the situation they created, we received a very unapologetic email to the effect that with time and distance we can agree that project delays happen and there was no harm done. After we strongly disagreed with their assessment, they agreed to drop the price $500. Not impressed at all by the service

About 2 months ago I broke my 4x8 feet Greek Dark Emperador top for my very expensive bedroom set I was devastated because I knew that replacing the most expensive marble type would be about $5000! After searching for two weeks for a replacement for the most expensive marble color I gave up. I was quoted from $5000 up to $6750! Just after I gave up I decided to search one last time and am I glad I did! I called them up and left a message asking them for the price. Later that day I got a call back saying that it would be $400, so I told them that the marble top is 4x8 feet, not inches. I though

I like this business so much that I went to the trouble of adding them to Yelp so I could give them a positive review. I've used Skyline T&M for two beautifully fabricated countertops now and have been completely impressed both times. Estimator and Vice President, Darin Grant, is very speedy and competitive with the estimates. They always call back in a timely manner and are thorough with the details. The installers and templaters know exactly what they are doing when they come to the job site and I have yet to have one of their employees show up late to a scheduled appointment. 5 star
