I am very happy with the service I received today. I had numerous trees and stumps removed, and it looks great. Their prices were very fair, and they were responsive with communication and every other step of the process. They showed up on time this morning in clean and well kept vehicles. All of their equipment appeared to be well maintained, which went a long way to show that they care about doing the job safely and professionally.

Removed a large old silver maple with many trunks and branches extending over the home and the neighbors home. The expertise and professionalism from the crew was truly impressive, as was the equipment and personnel brought to accomplish this job efficiently. The tree removal, stump grinding and clean up was complete in two days. Given the shortness of daylight this winter and the size of the tree, the crew did a fantastic job. Many thanks.

We recently had our beautiful elm, which became sick with Dutch Elm disease, removed by Vineland Tree Care. We were extremely satisfied and impressed with the service that the tree removal crew provided us! They were so professional, worked very hard, and diligently, from the time they arrived until the time they finished. Not only were we impressed, we also had 2 different neighbors who commented on the removal crew’s skill and precision. It was wonderful to have such a great experience with this as we were very sad to see our tree go.

As first-time homeowners, we were terrified of the precarious ash tree that was growing right over our house, even more so when we found out it had emerald ash borer. We had multiple contractors come out, and Vineland came highly recommended by one of them - yes, one of the contractors was straightforward and said they couldn't do the work we were requesting, but recommended Vineland instead. The friendliest, most knowledgable, and most efficient yet careful tree care company you could ask for. Sam has helped keep tabs on the trees on our property for longer than we've owned the home--thoughtful and conservative in his approach, while being guru of anything/everything related to trees and plants. Vineland Tree Care is the way to go. Over the last couple of years I have had plenty of different services that have been hired for my home and Vineland has been the one that I keep telling people about how easy they are to work with and how professional their services are. I had a massive job worth up to 10K and I was thoroughly impressed. They are organized, knowledgeable on just about every tree and bush, punctual with a perfect amount of communication. After getting an absurdly expensive quote from another company and then being ignored by two other companies after filling out their online forms, Vineland was fantastic. They responded quickly after I filled out their form, got me a fairly priced quote within a day and answered questions about the quote rapidly. They were then able to fit us in within a couple days to get a fallen tree removed. Their onsite team was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Just a great experience top to bottom.

I had 3 quotes for trimming an old Ornamental Crab Apple tree. Vineland Tree Care was the best price quote and exceeded my expectation with follow up and execution of the tree trimming (and clean up)! Once the team arrived, they had the original plan that was discussed and asked if anything had changed. Great customer service from initial quote to the professional team that did the work. Vineland was great to work with. They explained what they would do, and then did it, charging exactly what they said they would. Our job was not easy - in fact another firm said it was too difficult for them to complete and therefore didn't even quote. Seamus was responsive, and the 5 man crew were total professionals. They worked at my house for more than 6 hours, and when done you wouldn't even know they had been there. Top notch, highly recommend.

I had half of a tree fall down due to storm damage right before the 4th of July. I called a few places who were full, or just didn't get back to me. Seamus and his team were the only people who got back to me, and they communicated extremely well. He called me multiple times to give me estimates and confirm appointments. The crew came today and completely took down my huge tree within two and a half hours, and cleaned up everything SO nicely. Vineland does a great job. I had two trees removed by them in the last five months. The latest is one that lost a huge limb that was about 1/3 of the tree. The rest was in danger of falling on our house in the April snow storm that was coming. They were able to bump the time to remove the tree so that they go to it the day before the high winds came. Very professional outfit! Reasonably priced.

I contacted Vineland to see about care for my mature ash tree. The tree had grown all over the dang place, dragging on the roof, over the sidewalk, and completely covering the corner signs. I also asked them to quote for providing EAB treatment for the tree.
Vineland was quick to respond, not only to my initial request, but also all following e-mails, even responding on the weekends and evenings to questions that came up. The prices they quoted were in line with competitors I also contacted - a little higher for the EAB treatment, a little lower for the pruning.

Excellent service. When I had a tree trunk split in two and fall on my entire front yard, an arborist came out to give me an estimate with an hour. He was informative and didn't pressure me to make on-the-spot decisions. When I decided to remove only the part of the tree that had fallen, a crew with top notch equipment was at my house within a few minutes to remove the fallen tree. Seriously amazing knowledge and work. The arborist was reasonable and knowledgeable about the trees with had. He gave us fair and well-thought out assessments. Wasn't trying to upsell us at all. He really just showed sound judgment and considered our wishes and needs carefully. The office side is run efficiently with great follow through and organization. We had an issue with the electric not getting turned back on by the city, and Vineland went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and fixed. HIGHLY recommend them!
