I had received a quote from these guys for a tree in my backyard almost a year ago. It was expensive, so my wife and I spent the last 10 months or so saving, so we could get this giant pain in our butt removed. Once we had saved enough, we called them back ready to pull the trigger. They turned around and said that they under-quoted and would need more money, Alot more than what they had originally decided it would cost. They said they underestimated the equipment that they would need. As a professional service, they should have an idea of the capabilities beforehand and apply them as such when
