Chad did an excellent job. The Glass problem set us back a couple of weeks, but Ideal handled it all professionally and we have a beautiful bathroom. Even though the mirror broke while coming off the truck, the installers made sure to complete job as promised. I very much appreciate that. Our relationship with this company did not start out very well. We had some failures in a row which prompted me to write a negative review about this company. James, the owner, took this to heart. He had group discussions about these failure with his team and reached out to me directly to resolve the issue, to which he took care of personally. He and his team made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work and the glass install that was done. I’m so happy I went with Ideal Mirror and Glass! I got quotes from all the custom glass companies in town for my shower door. We needed a very large bathroom mirror replaced on short notice as our house was going up for sale two days after the incident. Always a good experience. So far, we have ordered two large glass table tops from Ideal. The first was delivered (always a good idea for a large piece of glass); the second was smaller, but a tricky shape. We had them do tops for new nightstands and a chest of drawers to protect the wood from cat claws. All times, Ideal came through quickly, at a good price, and delivered a quality product. Ideal provided extra-tall glass shower doors for a house we recently sold, and they were gorgeous. They did two mirrors plus stainless button wall hangers for another bathroom; beautiful and economical.

We had a piece of glass made for our restaurant by another company and it was not done very well. We called Ideal and they were able to get us a new piece of glass that was cut correctly and looked great. They always called me back promptly and were able to get ya a piece the same day. 10/10 highly recommend ideal for any glass or mirror needs!

Ideal did a great job for a great price! It's so hard to know who to trust when you are trying to find professionals. Ideal treated me very well. We got bids from a handful of local glass companies to remove some large mirrors and re-hang them. Other companies wanted literally 1000s of dollars and said they probably wouldn't be able to rehang them all (which would be an extra fee). Ideal glass bid at like 10-20% of the other bids and did both tasks with no fuss. These folks impressed the heck out of me.
