I went in today to have a chip on my windshield filled in. They did an awful job, I can still feel an indentation where the chip is. It didn't look or feel filled in at all. When I went back in to ask about this all they would tell me is that all chips are different, the tech wouldn't even come out to see what I was talking about! I've bought a windshield from Jiffy Lube and all the chip repairs they have done even ones worse than on my car they are filled in almost to the point of not being able to see where the chip is at! Outstanding service from the 2 ladies in the office. I was looking for a tool to use installing a rubber gasket in my 1953 Chevy truck. I showed them a picture of what I needed and they had 2 in the pencil holder. Can't say enough about how they helped me out.

First time here was the other day, At first this place kind of ticked me off, I called a day before to set a appointment and the lady confirmed. The next day I wanted to make sure my appointment was at that time so I called again, another lady proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t see my name on the schedule. She remedied this very quickly and I was still able to go in that day. they were pretty busy but my vehicle still got done in about an hour and a half, which I was pleased with. They made me an appointment for Saturday Feb 9th at 9am when I arrived they stated they messed up on scheduling and said they won't do it today. They refused to give the owners info. When I contacted the other location by Central Kat helped me and was nice stating they'd get it taken care of. Once the owner called her and she told him the situation he stated he had no faith in his tinters to works with a back window with the defrost strips. Unbelievable! My service was scheduled by ASAP giving me a window to be home between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m to replace my windshield. I was in a class and unavailable until 12:00 that is why I agreed to the scheduled time. The technicians started calling my phone and my husband's at 11:44 a.m. saying they were at my home and would only wait 15 minutes because they were ahead of schedule and had to go eat tacos. Recently busted my window on my tacoma and needed replacement quick. Buying the glass online took way too long and other places in town wouldn't let me just buy the glass. ASAP let me buy the glass by itself for self install and offered very good rate for pre tinted replacement at price that was actually better than what I found on Amazon with shipping charge. These guys were awesome! My car got broken into on Sunday and I needed a window replacement stat. Called the office and the lady who I worked with, "cat" (probs with a k), was very understanding and professional. Not but moments later I was driving out of their shop with a new window, and on time for work! The pricing was competitive and the service speedy, what more could you ask for?

Incredibly terrible. This shop took advantage of my parents. My father is older & doesn't comprehend well, or understand English very well. He paid a visit to this ASAP window place, poor customer service, poor wait time, very poor looking WINDOW. They literally used double sided tape, & taped the window to the camper shell on my father's truck. After a few months the "window" fell off. My father went back to the shop, the gentlemen on staff then refused service to my father. Refused service!! What a find! Our windshield met a rock on the freeway and the rock won. We needed to get it taken care of right away.
After calling other places, we chose A.S.A.P. and they are real pros.
This is a local, family owned business and everyone there really understands customer service. The repair was made expediently but with great attention to detail. We are thrilled with the results and their very reasonable pricing - $21.00 and change including tax.

[if the app would allow a zero star this "business" would be worthy of it] Deceptive practices. ASAP offered a $55 tint deal through Groupon for the entire car. We bought the Groupon (as did 100 or so others) and to save a bit more, took off the old tint ourselves. Showed up for the appointment and we're promptly told the deal was a mistake and the coupon wouldn't be honored. To compensate us for the 'mistake' we were offered $15 off the original $115. Don't fall for the managers 'I'm sorry it's not us' deception!

Hubby took the vehicle here for an urgent windshield replacement based on prior reviews, and we weren't disappointed. Pricing is excellent--about half of what our insurance co.'s contractor quoted us. We were able to get a Saturday appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. Got there at 9 am, out by 9:45. Waiting area is sparse but clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. New windshield looks great. Would definitely recommend them!

I needed to replace my windshield on my truck so I stopped in and got a quote, they ordered my windshield and told me to come back first thing in the morning. I dropped my truck off at 8:15 AM and was told my truck would be ready in less than 2 hours. The young lady with tattoos and hickeys all over her neck told me she would call me once my truck was done. I hadn't heard anything by 12PM so I dropped by to see what was going on. This place is wonderful! As I was driving around, my car window wouldn't come back up and it was freezing out. The people at ASAP auto glass were amazing! They adjusted my window for FREE so it was in a closed position and gave me a reasonable price to come repair the switch on Monday. And the did all this on a Saturday at 5pm!! Thank you, ASAP!
