I was told to give Dwight’s because they were good at what they do...well I couldn’t even schedule a time for them to come over. I was told it was going to be a week an a half, maybe. I was then told to just measure it and send it to them for a quote. Well, I’m not a professional glass door installer, how can I get an accurate quote on a measure? I was then told, after I hesitated to do that, that they would wouldn’t use that measurement anyway? If you don’t have to use these guys, because they are obvious to busy and have way too much business, I would try elsewhere.

I was previously told that replacement parts for our door were unavailable and that it could not be repaired. Bret came out to take a look and fixed the door without any problem. I am so happy to know that I can call Dwight's with any future problems and have only the highest marks from this great experience. Great value and wonderful customer service as well. Thank you!

So I know this review wont be much use to anyone but I'm going to share my experience anyway. I went here for glass panels for an aquarium I was building, 3/8" thick 3'x2'x2' (90 gallons). At first I thought the price quote was really pricey until I shopped around more and realized it was about 300$ less than other local shops. So I decided to return and order my glass. I am very happy with the final result of the aquarium. Now on to the reason for my 3 star review. The reception ladies could be a little friendlier. We called your company to have someone come out & fix the store front door of our showroom. It was dragging really bad & it was not shutting properly. Ricky & Jeff arrived the next morning at 8:00. They assessed the situation & fixed it promptly. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The door works great!! These guys are terrific! I've used Dwight's (the one on Lomas) twice within the past year and thought they were really great. They got all my measurements correct (I needed custom-sized glass for woodworking projects) and were pretty quick, taking about 2 days between my order being placed and them calling for me to pick it up. Plus, unless things have changed, they only charged for square area of the glass sold, not the cuts -- pricing was pretty darn fair.
(note - I was buying single-pane normal glass, like for a trophy case, and I bought one large piece of double-pane). I haven't priced out their special glass, since
